We have facing a critical error on our WordPress website. We have used “Crystalo – Architecture and Interior Design WordPress Theme​”.

The website is working fine earlier. suddenly website crash and showing critical error.

I have checked and when disabling the below the plugin

“Theme Support​” This plugin is compatible with this crystalo WordPress theme.​ The website started working fine but a lot of sections is created using with Theme “Support plugin”.

Please help us with how can we fix the issue.

We have recently purchased this theme, We are having problem with the HomePage3 Header. On your Live Version the header is working fine and we want our header to be working same as on Live Version. Unfortunately, the header is sticky as we open the website it shows up the required header but after scrolling the website it becomes sticky and we searched but can’t find any option to turn of the sticky header.

Well, it’s been 9 days since I didn’t got any solution from you guys and that’s not a professional at all. The theme was broken at the beginning of installation, and I was unable to do anything by myself unfortunately. I can give you a day more or you will need to approve me the refund request.

It is basically impossible to install (import) the demo content of this template. Neither the .xml file nor the “one click-demo” features are functional. This likely because they pull the content in from another website instead of the original files being included in your template package. I probably will abandon the template and not purchase from this distributor for this reason. What a shame…

THEME NOT FOUND IN DOCUMENTATION

Hop you are doing well,we purchased word press theme from theme forest,when we are going to check theme it’s not found ,we haven’t Found child them and parent theme.we follow your theme documentation step and we attached snapshot for that please check it.

I’m going to type this one more time so you understand. I NEED YOU TO APPROVE MY REFUND REQUEST. Your theme is not working out for me. Child Theme is missing, Data Import does not look like your Demo Preview, Your Customer Support response time takes many days for you to respond. AND your theme has compatibly issues with some of the WooCommerce Extensions that I need to use.
