You can go to Admin Panel > Elementor > Settings to set Post Types => Headers Builder, Footer Builder
After that you can go to Admin Panel > Headers Builder to edit header with Elementor to change logo

“Error establishing a database connection” The Demo Theme are not working!

A majority of the custom Apus Elementor elements (Apus Gallery, Features Box, Brands, Testimonials) do not display correctly when editing the actual pages. When viewed live on site, they appear correctly. Just not when live editing the pages, any carousels or grids appear broken in Elementor and are shown row after row instead of functioning like they would normally. Please advise.

You need install theme + plugins + demo data.
After that you can go to Admin Panel > Settings > Reading to change Home page
