I like the theme, but I found that the instructions (for an admitted novice) were a bit hard to follow and the demo didn't load as I expected (as seen in the demo). Customer support was fairly responsive, but at times a bit hard to follow and one person even told me I was "clueless". I would probably think twice about a second purchase.

Thanks for your feedback. We are continuously improving our product to serve our customer better. We did fix a couple of issues with revolution slider in latest update.

I am clueless about when we said you were "clueless". I am genuinely sorry if we did hear from us the same - it was definitely not intentional and we value all of our customers. Wish you the best with your site. Do let us know if we can help further.

As an update to the update I just posted - the author feels that calling people derogatory names and spending MORE money is the fix!! AND I QUOTE:

"Can you please HIRE someone to do this webisite? You seem to be in a hurry and CLUELESS!"

I would like to thank Live_Mesh for those kind words. Instead of asking how can we help and turn this horrible nightmare around - this developer calls people clueless!

LearnDash saw an opportunity to really dive in and help out and they have turned a tough situation into a positive one - HOWEVER - Live_Mesh would rather just call people terrible names - pass the buck and ask you to spend more money!

You decide what type of PERSON you want to purchase a theme from.

As I said before - this theme could be great if it could be set-up without needing to know how to code or do css OR the developers would actually help you out. They added a slider that they wont support and things that would be simple to them but difficult to the rest of us they simply offer the documentation that we don't understand which is why we asked for help in the first place!

The buyer rated us 1 star since we failed to respond to him on twitter where he pinged us continuously for 5 days without success (we receive support requests on twitter once in 2 months or so and the customers contact us through other means if we fail to respond). A simple comment here in ThemeForest or a thread in the support forum would have elicited response from us within few hours.

Here is support thread opened AFTER coachbrandt rated us 1 star - http://support.portfoliotheme.org/forums/topic/slider-question/. We sincerely tried to help for 15 days over email and in the forum without asking him to change the rating. The buyer has been rude/sarcastic with almost every reply he sends and unwilling to go through the documentation saying he is not a technical person.

We offered him refund multiple times since he says he finds us so very hopelessly inadequate for his needs. But he does not seem to be interested to let go.

Latest wordpress update and theme compatibilty broke all shortcodes. cannot fix this issue. the loading times are also a little slow. Otherwise I love the functionality of the theme. it has met the needs of my clients well and has been easy to customize. however the shortcode breaking is a deal breaker for me. if this gets fixed I absolutely reccomend this theme.

Thanks for your feedback. We will be happy to fix the shortcodes - something seriously wrong here since our demo site is running fine with latest update with all shortcodes in place. None of the shortcodes broke in our demo pages. Can you pls send me a temp login to my email so that I can take a look at this issue? We had one customer report shortcodes breaking for just one of the shortcodes and that was with specific params only. Thanks.
