Hello there, I have bought Irina theme with my envato elements account.
I have a problem with the Kirki Customizer Framework. When I activate the plugin, I have a troubleshooting WordPress error. But I can see in appearance tabs categories (header, API, Social Media, Footer etc…).
If I disable the plugin, all the edits as Header, API code, social media etc. disappeared from the appearance menu, but I have no more troubleshooting WordPress error.
Can you help please ?

All file on elements same with themeforest. But if you download from Envato Elements you won’t get theme support from us.

You should add this to header or footer menu. Follow plugin document to show menu switcher in theme.
WC Ajax Product Filter plugin was recently updated and has removed the shop product filters. Will the theme be updated soon?
If you have updated plugin to latest version you should go to Widget manager and add filter widget again.
I’ve done that. However the style of the filter, option to place filter at top of page, and mobile settings which give an off screen side tab have been removed.
Also, there’s a whole new settings area for the plugin in the WordPress dashboard, it appears that the plugin has had a major change/update.
Please back to old version if you don’t want create new filter.

I have a prepurchase concern via themeforest. Because I got your theme from envato and it has missing product layouts and elements. is it going to have the same problem with themeforest? I’m seeing the same concern with other purchasers.
You can go to Customizer >> Product Page to enable size chart.
I am still waiting for the support to verify the product layout that are missing. 29 days has passed and still no solution. They asked me for credentials and didn’t do anything, is this your product support?
