[EDIT] Changing my review to 5 stars because the previous "bug" review was my fault. I did not read the instruction guide carefully enough. With that said - make sure you read their great instruction guide and you will be fine.

ITfirm's theme is incredible! I'm very impressed by how many customizable the options are. My favorite and most important part about this theme is that the animations are perfect for today's audience. If you run a site without .js or animations then you're losing. This theme has everything you want.

Great support too. I appreciate their fast communication and willingness to help. Overall: 5/5

The theme really answered to all our needs in terms of design and functionality.
There is one thing though that requires more attention from the developpers, the way the theme performs. Gtmetrix reveals a really low rating. I hope to see updates regarding this matter real soon.
Other than that the design and the functionalities are really a blast, the support is also remarkable.
