Hi is this theme still supported?
The types plugin which is a required plugin for this theme is not available for download. Could you guys provide the link for it?
Found solution. People looking for the types plugin, goto the following link and download:https://web.archive.org/web/20190312182616/https://wordpress.org/plugins/types/
during the installation process i want to install the required plugin “Types”. Then it breaks and we get an wordpress-error-message “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” All other plugins are installing and activating without problems. I try to go further without installing Types, but then the copying in Option Tree with the Setting and Theme Options are not function.
Can you please help?

I see it says “Gutenberg Optimized: Yes”. Does this mean that all Pages and Posts can be edited with Gutenberg Editor?
We have a client who likes this theme a lot, but we can only buy it, the if client can change the content with Gutenberg. Because we created other websites for this client and he is only used to the Gutenberg Editor. If we have to work with Page Builders like WP Bakery to create the pages as in preview, then this would not be an option, as it is not user friendly.

I cant install the plugin Type in Its me theme. Show the message: Something went wrong with the plugin API. Dont think this is part of support. Its part of the theme setup. I think its better you reply here so people who purchased you theme but are out of support can atleast use the theme.

I have contacted PEGO several times, have had no resolve to my problem. On two occasions they said there were no previous emails!!! – and now my support has ended without the issue being resolved. Currently have a broken template.

Documentation is in downloaded package. Folder Documentation. You have to read it from start, there are steps by step how to achive like our demo. Do follow the steps.
can you add ecommerce option/feature?
at this point we did not test woocommerce, but it should work normally.

Support is given in 24hours, but on our mail. If you use contact form on our profile page we will get mail. Some new features can be added with some plugins, like gallery.

A simple way to reorder is to use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ With this plugin you can arrange them via admin with mouse drag-drop. It gets saved automatically.

I can not edit any posts via the WYSIWYG-editor anymore, only through text-editor! How come? I don’t know anything about HTML so editing a text is quite a challenge at the moment. Did send you already 2 emails about that problem. Pego, please help!

do you have the latest theme version – v1.10? This version should have no issues with scroll. You can provide an admin and ftp access to files via email@example.com and we can check this for you.
