Whenever I try to update a plugin, I get prompted with, “This feature is only available to registered users. Just try to login with your Envato account here.” I click on Activate then get redirected to, “Activate your theme license”. I enter the purchase code and token but nothing gets saved. I can’t update my plugins.

I purchased ivyprep a long time ago.
I never used it because it lacks features that I need at the time
My license was registered with my then test site.
bigbanglearnerdigital.a2hosted.com/golearnesl/ivyesl.
I have switched on to cloudways since then and that site no longer exist. Now I want to see if I can use ivyprep again. Please de-register my original site so I can register my new site . my registered old site. It has been deleted from a2hosting.
