I keep receiving the same errors every time I try to install the Izeetak theme to my Wordpress site. I am following your guide to the letter. Once I activate the Elementor plugin, my site is no longer accessible. I have to contact support each time because it produces the Wordpress White screen error. I have used Elementor in the past but un-installed it prior to purchasing your theme. Can you please provide some direction regarding these errors?

Hi. When trying to import the demo data, I get the error: An error occurred while fetching file from: https://tplabs.co/izeetak/_demos/content.xml! Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds.
I contacted my admin, and they made the changes recommended under “Installation & Demo Import Troubleshoots,” to no avail.
What else could be causing this issue?

Thank You for fast answer!! I’m just wondering if it is possible to fix the issue with “Our Case Studies Explore Projects” block? The point is that the carousel changes the whole string of items in it, so you cannot see normally the boxes at edges. It always shows us a part of them so that makes it useless. Just try to test =)
You’re right. We’ve fixed it. We made a negative margin (using Elementor) on carousel to make the image look better but it’s hard to see the text. Thank you very much for your feedback.
Oh, that was a high-speed fix! Thanks. One more thing. If you look at the bottom and point the Links menu by mouse cursor to the left side of any item (word). You will notice an annoying shake motion =)

Hello there, I am having an issue with the template when I import the demo site. Before importing the demo, I could see the default template and I can customize it. Once I import the demo, it doesn’t display anything on the screen. When I click on customize, I would see the left menu to customize the theme design but nothing on the right side of the screen. I have imported all required plug-ins. I am running this template on a WP 5.9.3 and PhP 7.2.19.

Hi upon installing the theme and all required plugins I am getting a parse error when i hit Customize on the theme.
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/masterlayer-addons-for-elementor/includes/widgets/mae-video-icon.php on line 361”
There was an additional parse error with the mae-icon-box.php that I managed to get around but this one has me stumped. Can you help?

Just updated to php 7.4 from 7.2 and it seems fine. The overlays on the icons under “what we are offering” section do no display, just blue circles with animations. Some icons not showing still, Should i try to remove files from /themes folder and re install and re import demo or is there another suggestion?
It could be a problem of cache. Could you please try to clear cache and try again? If it’s still not working, could you please inspect the page and find if “elementor-icons-digital-css” existe? Do you mean the menu is hide when on small screen? If yes, we hide the column that contain the menu instead of the menu. To disable it, edit the header, chose the column that contain the menu, -> Advanced -> Responsive. You will see that the column is hide on desktop and mobi. 2. You can you plugin duplicator to backup your website. Go to Theme Dashboard > Plugins > Add New, find the plugin “Duplicator – WordPress Migration Plugin”.

I have an issue with this theme. I just purchased and install it but doesn’t allow to customize it. There is an error related to Edit widget that seems to be caused by this plugin “Masterlayer Addons for Elementor”. If I disabled the plugin the edit work but the pages are broken.
Please advise.
