Hello, i just purchased your theme and installed in along with all of the demo content. I can’t edit anything with jscomposer. Which means I can’t use your theme.
On top of that, I had to update Slider Revolution on my own because your version was throwing an error when I tried to edit any page.

Hello we are using this theme from Envato Elements. I want to purchase this theme for auto updates but we’ve found by using the plugin Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, there is a conflict with the Essential Grid plugin that is bundled with the theme.
Without using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin we cannot get the backend editor for WPBakery to show up. We have gotten the following error message from our helper plugin:

The error message you get shows that you have a low max_upload_filesize on your server.

Alternatively, you may extract the theme package directly in /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server using ftp-manager (FileZilla or Cyberduck):
- Unzip the jack-well.zip file and ONLY use the extracted /jack-well theme folder. - Upload the extracted jack-well theme folder into /wp-content/themes. - Navigate to the Appearance > Themes tab and activate the theme.
