Your support just close the ticket and said update everything? Everything is updated and there aren’t any conflicting plugins. We can’t just be told that Jarvis has issues but because support expires we cant fix our own theme

As someone above has mentioned, essential grid is conflicted with wp bakery on this theme. Switch off essential grid and the bakery works. Also, the plugin content timeline is missing which is why on the website homepage it says [content_timeline id=”1″]

Essential Grid is breaking the WPBakery Plugin when you edit pages through the backend editor. The other issue is the “content_timeline” does not load on the home page pluc the Home Page 2 is EMPTY no data loads. Is there a fix to all of this? If not I would like to get my money back on the theme as its not working properly.

Theme Errors on importing demo content… Keep getting “Error load data from the file” on every option… What is happening? Not a PHP memory issue

We are much concerned about your negative experience with the theme installation. Dummy data installation depends on your server setting.

If you get “Error load data from file…”, the import is blocked on the server.

You can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server: http://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/jarvis/demo.zip

Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/jarvis directory. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.

Text for form fields can be changed via theme translation: http://jarvis.ancorathemes.com/doc/#theme_translation

To customize the form in available styles you should edit form template file in any text editor like Notepad or TextEdit. In the …/jarvis/templates/trx_form folder you can find form-related files like form_1.php, form_2.php, form_3.php or form_custom.php. These files are responsible for displaying the form in different styles. Choose the file you need, open it in any text editor, and change HTML code according to your needs.

The text for the checkbox “I agree…” is set in Appearance > Theme Options > Customization > Other > Text with Privacy Policy link. In order to add/customize the Privacy Policy link, navigate to Settings (WP Dashboard) > Privacy and specify the page that will be used as a Privacy Policy one.

Hello, I purchased the theme on 2/4/2020

I installed the theme on a new hosting account on the current PHP version 7.2 Installed the current wordpress version 5.3.2

After installing the theme it wants to install & activate plugin’s which is normal. After doing these a few issues came up.

1. Instagram Widget says Plugin not found

2. Tribe Events Calendar breaks the site once it’s activated

3. WP Bakery is not the current version

Until I can get those taken care of I can not install the demo data.
