First of all, this theme is not support MLS. Please check our item description. It supports IDX. You were able to have a look before you purchased. IDX is mostly common in this market.
We also check email and support site.
But we didn't find any tickets / questions from you.

Decent theme but incredibly difficult to customize. There are not many options for changing certain aspects. However, the support is responsible when sending queries.
Extensive functionality within theme. Faced a few issues that I wasn't sure if they were CSS related but Mike was quick in responding and helping out with providing additional code and sometimes even checked the back-end. Great customer support!
Mike and his team did an amazing job helping us solve an issue. They went to the extent of asking one of their developers to help us solve the issue although it wasn't really their obligation to do so.
The customer service has been nothing short of amazing and it's good to know such good customer support still exists.
Mike and his team deserve a cookie!

Wish I could select more reasons from the drop down menu as the main reason for my rating. The theme is excellent. :)
