Very buggy, had to request the support team to install the theme, even though I am fairly experienced with Wordpress already. What happens if after my 6 months of support runs out and I need to rebuild my website?
Included in the theme is the default page builder WPBakery, and to actually be able to use it properly, you have to pay an additional fee!
I tried changing my header, of which the changes worked for all of 15 seconds before refreshing, then it went back to the default logos, and now the entire option has disappeared from the header builder section!
Why pay so much money for a template that does not even work.
The only good thing is the responsiveness of the support team. Aside from that everything else has been a terrible experience and a big hinderence on the launch of my new business.
I will be requesting a full refund and looking for alternative options as I have already lost trust in a template which requires so much attention to just customising a header. Dare I start adding products or another changes to a system that is this bad.

1, presentation of the website is good. functional admin theme options,
2, use WPpage builder and easy to use.

1, When having problem on the code, the theme author ask for our website administrator account and password which is really ridiculous.

2, Very very slow response. Very very cold attitude.

3, WPbakery Page builder is not auto updated(it does not provide a registered version), each update happens, we have to ask for the author to send us a new version and usually don't know when the author will reply.
