Nice theme and quick customer support. This is my second purchase of this item for my second website. Maybe a third one in the future:)

The support provided by the author is great. They fixed all the issues in timely manner and the support team is very professional and understands the problem can gives right solution.
This theme can only do so much and the product page should have been more customisable. Price and add to cart are at the bottom whereas higher would have helped. Support is absolutely pathetic - search gives products as well as "No Items Found" right on top. Tab is not customisable so no good if you have more than one product category and need diff info to display for diff products such as size and addl specs. You cannot change the order of components on the page and have to take it as it comes. very Limited but ok for a small enterprise with one or two categories and few products. Overall not bad for 70$ but you can get better if you look around

I have checked you have open 3 Tickets in our system and the customer support staff have answered these question. Why you rate us 2 stars?
If you have any questions about the error, the customer support staff will check and fix all of it. In this case, he answered all your question, but you still don't satisfied with this and give us the bad review!
Please help us check it again.
Theme doesn't work well with mobiles.
Customer service is very arrogant, when you don't understand something they reply that you are wasting their time, despite the fact that you paid for a product that does NOT work as advertised.

I have checked the Support system and don't see like you said. You ask a lot of question about the theme change, but the customer support ask you they need the Staff account to access your site to check it. But you don NOT give theme, it take 3 email feedback and then you had give us.
About the wasting time, you are wrong, he said "It's wasting time of you and us." It meant they ask the Staff account to change it, but you do NOT give and take 3 email feedback to have it, this is wasting time or YOU not as you said "you are wasting their time"
Please check it again.

Very intermittent bugs and issues on various browsers. Images would not show for some, scrolling was only possible when selecting all of the content on the page, menu sizing down to responsive when on full desktop, etc. Support is only available in the middle of the night on my US Eastern timezone so it takes a week to get an issue resolved where otherwise should only take a day. Finally had to give up on it and go with a different theme.

We are live in Vietnam, not in the USA. Our working time from Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM, GMT+7 , we are not the same timezone with you, so our support response will delay in your working time. We can not work in midnight to help you!!!
