I have puchased the theme twice, since my support is expired I can’t request support via channel. The theme is not working, I was using other theme and now I added jnews again but it says ACTIVIATED however when I try to install a demo theme it says LICENSE NOT VALID.
What do I do? since I can’t request support. I cannot use either of the theme.

regarding this thing please check if the jnews theme folder name and all the JNews plugins folder name is still using default name, if you are using custom name for JNews theme and plugin please change it back to the default name, If you have done this and the problem still exists, you can contact us through our profile, in the link below.

What I mean is, YouTube counter cannot be applied to widgets. In essence, all the social media on the social counter don’t work, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. They don’t appear and there isn’t even any documentation on your page.

if you already have blog content it won’t be deleted when you activating JNews theme, if you want to import the demo of JNews without importing the content in our demo, you can disable Include Content option when importing the demo, So our demo content will not be mixed with content that you already have, please check the screenshot below

Few Pre-sales and related queries. We want to create a News based Blog, but also want to Add Web Stories on the site. However, we are not sure, how to do that. As we are New for this type of site. May be our questions are like Novice users, but would appreciate your kind response with details. As your responses can help us to understand how it works, and to decide our next steps.
Can you please answer each query pointwise, with details. –
1. You mentioned your theme is compatible with AMP plugin. Does that mean, you make AMP compatible with Elementor as well
2. If not, what exactly does that mean then. And how it turns out to be compatible
3. You wrote theme now supports Web Stories and added few Layouts or Templates. What does that refers here.
That is an external plugin. So how come we users get extra Termplates for Web stories.
And where we will be able to find those. Within the Web stories plugin after installing it. Or somewhere else.
4. If we create Web-stories does it Requires Elementor or Block Editor or some other. Can you please elaborate on that
5. Does creating Web stories require AMP to be installed or not?
5. b). Is it mandatory to have an AMP plugin to Add and create Web stories.
5 c). If we create Web stories but do not have AMP plugin, can Web stories still be found and discovered on Google.
Or else, to be found on Google Discover (or below Google Search), it is mandatory to have an AMP plugin.
6. To make the Standard Post (not Web Stories) appear in Google Discover (Google Discover or on Search page), do we have to create it using some other Editor and Not the Elementor.
Can we still create it using Elementor, And if so, can posts be found in Discover
7. Once we create any Web Story (not the standard wordpress post), then how it will appear on Website, once somebody directly visits the site.
Do they appear in Blog Posts or somewhere else.
7. b) Is somewhere else, how can we make them appear within Blog posts (as a part of it), or anywhere else.
8. Will Only Web stories be discovered by Google and shown in Google Discover (and Google Search below search field) in mobile.
Or else, even the Blog posts can also be found for Google Discover and below Google Search field in mobiles

1. due to the limitation of javascript and css which has been determined by Google for AMP, unfortunateley elementor can’t be used to edit amp page, elementor itself has provided a statement regarding this matter, please check the link below

are you referring to the activate label in the metabox inside the page editor? if so yes you need to activate the jnews license to be able to use the options inside the jnews theme

terrible theme, my client bought this theme, worst theme I’ve worked on in over 15 years. It has a cache system so the changes you make are not updated in real time, making it difficult to work, even if you disable the query in the theme settings. support does not exist, it sends support to another forum.

if you are talking about the post that didn’t updated directly when cache query option enabled, This happens because this feature was created to help server load by caching the query for a certain time, so the server isn’t burdened with database queries every time the user refreshes the page, this feature will be helpful for people with limited server resources.
if the changes that you made related to the CSS or javascript that not updated directly it may not related to our theme, You can check whether your website has a caching plugin from a third party, or whether your website uses a caching CDN, if so you can try temporarily disabling the caching plugin to see whether there is a change or not

I have a conflict with select2 and chosen Javascript plugin.
When I use select2, extra dropdown is produced by chosen. How can I fixed this or remove chosen from the theme.

sorry, the input on your screenshot is it coming from third party plugin?, if so is it possible to deregister the selectize in that plugin? because removing selectize from jnews may causing some functionality of JNews may not working properly because we are using selectize in some of our inputs
