terrible theme, my client bought this theme, worst theme I’ve worked on in over 15 years. It has a cache system so the changes you make are not updated in real time, making it difficult to work, even if you disable the query in the theme settings. support does not exist, it sends support to another forum.
If i purchase one regular license, so that i can use it for main domain + subdomains, right?
is there is any limit in subdomain ? (eg. xyz.abc.com)

When I use select2, extra dropdown is produced by chosen. How can I fixed this or remove chosen from the theme.
Or maybe you can offer a solution for this?
sorry, the input on your screenshot is it coming from third party plugin?, if so is it possible to deregister the selectize in that plugin? because removing selectize from jnews may causing some functionality of JNews may not working properly because we are using selectize in some of our inputs
you may try using wp_dequeue_script to deque the selectize script, please check it in the link below

I am trying to import the jnews default demo and it is not importing the global style. This happens every time, the circle keeps spinning.

I have been using this theme for many years, but from few months I am facing ajax-admin.php load issues on server (May be due to this theme) due to which my server resources gets used and site shows 5xx errors then. I am using EDD and POD alongside this theme.
5xx errors on webiste may be caused by some reason, to troubleshoot this issue please try to check the php error log on your site, please also try to disable some plugins that not related to JNews for a while to see if there are any plugin conflict or not, if the problem still persist please send your php error log by contacting our through our profile in the link below.
Hello, i am having some difficulty customizing my website is been like 3 days ,i tried many demo the same. after i created my home page and added categories to my menu. When I go to customize my header after i place my logo, I can’t edit any of my categories except the homepage and the Las category. When I switch to the original logo, they let me . Please, can you assist? i also sent an email yesterday still no reply.

On my Jnews Theme website,.. there is a link or button showing “connect with us”. When clicked, it opens Jnews Facebook page, i have looked for a way to change it but not seen.

please try to change the link from Appearance > widgets
on the widgets find the JNews – Social Counter Widget (the location of active JNews – Social Counter widget maybe different base on the demo that you imported)

I don’t know what is the issue. My license is activated but i cannot import my demo. Again and again try but not working. Also you don’t have any support option for this license issue. If I change my license for or transfer my license for another site. again and again comment here. Can you give me better solution please?

regarding the demo that can’ be imported, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue
1. please disable caching plugin and security plugin if you are using one while importing the demo
2. please try to resave the permalinks, in the WordPress Dashboard, please go to settings > permalinks, click the save changes button at the bottom of the permalinks page without changing any settings
3. please make sure the WordPress file permissions and ownership are correct on your server, you can use this documentation below as a reference for WordPress file permission and ownership

I don’t have currently a support but maybe you can still help me since I bought your plugin twice already . I’m using modified version of your plugin, there is a lot of custom things I did there. I’m on 9.* version. I would like to download your latest version and update some jnews plugins but I can’t do it without updating the theme – and I don’t want to do it. If there is a way I could request for you to send me those plugins? Please. I can download the theme itself but theme doesn’t include all plugins, as I said I would have to update the plugin and I don’t want to do it. Thank you!

It is worth noting that the latest version of our plugins works best with the most recent version of the JNews theme, there may be bugs or conflicts with the older version, but if you still want to try to use the plugins you can try to install the latest version of JNews theme in your local machine and try to install the newest version of plugins

yes, switching the license won’t break the appearance and functionality of your live website, but for a while you can’t change the JNews settings in your live site until you switch the license back to your live website
hello – I see you have a nice reviews feature, but it seems as though that is only available to me as a site owner. I’d like to have a feature that allows users to submit reviews with all this functionality. Is that doable?
sorry, unfortunately at this point to create review it is only available to the users that can access the wordpress post editor, if you want the user to create review you may need to consider to use third party plugin to allow the user on specific role to access the post editor and create review

the regular license is a lifetime license, one JNews license can be used only on one domain If you want to use it in a different domain you need one license for every domain, but if you use WordPress multisite you can use one JNews license across the multisite as long as the site have one domain, for example, id.jnews.io, us.jnews.io, uk.jnews.io.
