This is the only Wordpress Theme I have ever used that requires a manual update in the back end, instead of instant updates via WordPress panels. Way too difficult to keep up with all the updates.
Hard to customize, the Customizer is useless. If you want to change the main color, you have to overwrite everything with your own CSS code selector by selector.
Definitely not for newbie.

to change the main color of the website it can be done through the Appearance > Scheme & Website Color > JNews: Layout, Color & Scheme Option on the customizer
We put the theme options in the customizer so that users can see the changes they make immediately, especially the options related to the website's appearance. We want to provide a WYSIWYG experience.
most of the styles in our theme can be changed through the options that we have provided in the customizer or in each element that we have in Elementor or wp bakery, only for the specific needs of my users who need special additional CSS because of course there are users who have sufficient needs different from most users, and if additional CSS is required in order to make certain changes our support team can help to provide the code.

Theme takes up too many inodes on hosting accounts costing you more due to theme unable to manage images efficiently without draining your server resources. Not recommended if you have site that is a large blog or magazine. Support was told this a very long time ago but never fixed the issue.

Gag theme is represented in demos but not getting imported after you buy JNews theme. Even their support makes you stuck for a month and then reply you can use it without importing content. So you just compromise even when you have paid the full amount buying this theme. Buy at your own risk.
I purchased this template, because it was an AMP theme and support buddy press. However, it doesn't work well. I'm dealing with obvious bugs and support is asking me questions like... did you install a duplicate post plug-in? what?
This is a solid product with a strong track record. Paying for support is a way of life. Buyers are fully aware their introductory support will end one day. Stop whining.
These coders are at the top of their game. So many features in a WordPress theme. This has to be my all time favorite theme. This theme should be in the hundred of thousands of downloads.
