Don’t you think it’s unfair that you just sent your query in email and at the same time you made 1star and saying that customer service and theme is bad,
We keep our customers very seriously and it might be some setup issue or something else so let us look into it and we have already requested for your site credentials so once we check it, we will try to assist as much as possible. In past also we have responded to you quickly as possible.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this theme. Customer support was very quick and helpful.
There are not the minimum necessary features for a professional Job-Board with multiple employers.
The Documentation is poor.
The support is nice, but cannot fix the problems with the leck of features.

We are providing the features which we are showing in our item description. We are using Wp Job Manager plugin and also using its third party premium plugins https://wpjobmanager.com/core-add-ons/ and it has all required features.
As we are using such plugins so they have thr own structure and work flow so we have to work around it.
We are still improving our product based on customers feedback and I hope with recent updates, Your site is improved and working as your expectations.
The theme is very nice and most importantly the support is very responsive and flexible for changes/improvements. Thank you very much

Nicely designed Job Board theme. Using the Elementor and Wp Job manager plugin, it was easy to set up the theme and demo content. We had few queries about the process but the support team provided us assistance in no time.
