This is the ultimate theme to own with so much potential and endless customization. The theme itself is very easy to install especially with Chimp studios helpful step by step documentation, knowlegebase and YouTube videos.

Highly satisfied. I look forward to buying many more license and recommend to all my clients, and future clients.

1. Theme is not stable. Different errors while using shortcodes.

2. Support is not very high educated. Simple responses without ant thinking or checking the problem.

3. Terrible chimpsupport!
It takes them 15 hours for 1 simple customization
This is €400 for 1 customization.

4. It looks like this theme works like a charm. But it really doesn't. Only if it is a perfect fit for you. Customizations are NOT possible.

I wish I could have my money back..

Excellent design. I love the look and feels.

More importantly the after sales customer service is EXCELLENT! They help the developer I have hired to install the theme. The developer, he was having some issue installing the demo theme. They are very friendly and always willing to help.No point buying a product if the after sales service is rubbish. Specially if you have limited IT knowledge like me (I bought JobCareer in February 2018).

Previously I have bought a job board from a different company their aftercare support was below satisfactory despite paying a one year support fee.

JobCareer after sales support is Excellent! You will not regret buying JobCareer job board.

The main reasons for this review are Bugs, Features, Code, and General Functionality.

The code is a sloppy mess, there are tons of spelling errors that make references difficult, functionality is all over the place, and basic functionalities are missing.

For example, an Employer cannot set their own Expiration Date for their jobs. Pretty basic feature, you'd think. I developed my client's site a year ago and am very hesitant to update because I am heavily anticipating the update to break the site completely. I've had to do so many rough hacks and dig through spaghetti enough that I am nearly certain I will have to spend hours trying to figure out what goes wrong with the update. I'll try, but I am anticipating a full bricking of my site (will only test in dev environment).

Customer service was reasonably quick to respond. I provided them with my login details and asked them what went wrong and they just said "it's fixed" with NO explanation of what they did, what code they implemented, etc. -- nothing.

There are too many errors to list here. I'd look into other options if I knew then what I know now and would have built a job board from the ground up using the Pods.io CPT engine.
