On the surface, this plugin looks good, but this is not for professional, US-based job boards. The biggest issue is the fields that are set to "Required" and the lack of flexibility to change that. Candidate Photo? Website? How many people have their own website to make it required as a candidate? In the US, you can't ask someone for a photo as part of the hiring process, so to make it a mandatory field is crazy. Why wouldn't there be an admin option to select mandatory fields?

When others have asked if fields can be removed or changed, the answer is "Yes. ... hire us or another developer to customize it." That is going to cause an issue when the plugin updates. This plugin is advertised as customizable. If that means "go into the code and hardcode changes", then everything in the WordPress universe is "Customizable".

Also, the English prompts are very awkward and needed to be corrected for grammar and spelling.

The theme always shows "Update available" at the top of the admin page - which has caused our client to question whether we're actually updating the plugin.

The coding/organization on the forms is not great - generic styling and no specific classes or ID's to call/hide/edit individual elements.

This is the ultimate theme to own with so much potential and endless customization. The theme itself is very easy to install especially with Chimp studios helpful step by step documentation, knowlegebase and YouTube videos.

Highly satisfied. I look forward to buying many more license and recommend to all my clients, and future clients.

lots of bugs in the theme, no proper help received and when asked for refund, I didn't received any. won't ever buy from this seller. bad experience...

When you are requested to share cpanel details to check and set icons that is only happening at your site you didn't provide the requested details on support and asking for refund ? Why you would have been given refund when you didn't have any issue ?

If you have any issue, notify along with Admin and FTP/Cpanel login details so that can be checked and resolved.

It would be really encouraging if you consider to revise your rating and review to make the theme grow more and provide more productive updates in future.

Not what I expected. After a lot of testing and building the website was just not stable.

This is the first theme I bought without using it ..

Great job board theme with lots of features and great customer support. I have used the free support ticketing system and also paid for customization requests. Both services have been very satisfying so far. Keep up the good work!
