I’m changing my initial review after i gave only 1 star!
Why?
I had to wait almost 2 days for them to solve my problem.
After that, Mrs. Subaida was very helpful and cooperative.
Maybe at the beginning I wanted my support to get done very fast because I was in a rush with my project, but maybe I forgot one thing: There are other people there these guys need to help.
My apologies regarding this.
At the end, I think support is pretty good.
Theme can be more “customizable” but, it’s pretty nice one.

Very great theme and customer support. Recommend it strongly.
When you need customer support, they are willing to help you. Very thankful for the support. They should keep the demo up to date though. Most of the listed jobs for "without any paid plugins" are expired for example.

Its too little for a central european portal. This is how it must go, for example: https://www.jobs.ch/
PS: By adding up an expense for important plugins, you get to the minimum over 150 Dollar.
Idea: maybe invest the 69 dollars in further development?
PPS: A top theme with central european functions (switzerland, germany, austria, france and more...) is simply missing on the market. Something like that would be a top best seller for theme developers. Guaranteed...

The theme itself is excellent. However the customer support from these guys is absolutely amazing. The response time is within 24hrs or sooner, sometimes within an hour.
I highly recommend both this theme and the support it comes with. Thumbs up!

I've used a couple job themes, and this one is the better of the two due to the amount of customization available without being bloated. Customer support has been great as well.
Nothing but praise for the support staff so far, they've been doing an incredible job in supporting me with some customisations.
One tip for the company is to make the documentation a little bit better, many of the questions I had could've been well documented instead of me having to send them to support.
Other then that, great job and keep it up!
One of the best themes out there for Job Board! There is nothing more to add. The Jobhunt team support is outstanding as many times I needed support they have been spot on and extremely helpful.

Really the best theme I have ever seen for Job Boards and for using with WP Job Manager. It is awesome, has great looks, super adaptive and a support which is absolutely fantastic!! I have used others before but this is really the one which stands out on all aspects!

For Customer Support is stellar. Anyways, what I experienced with Ibrahim was enough to convince me to give 5 stars for support. For more than about 2 hours, he assisted me in a steps by steps instructions on an issue. That's a pure sign of dedication and good support. For this reason only, I recommend that plugin. But there is also the smoothness of the learning curve of getting the theme up and running, so far, it's the best experience I've ever had with any theme on Themeforest. Good job.
