Part of the code does not work, all settings and submenu in wp-admin/appearance/
Better option would be to buy enfold theme, does have the same functionality and look but is more recent, is does get updates.

Customer support is the worst. They don't respond in a reasonable timeframe, their ticket system seems to be broken or marginal, and they broke my website.
Support is terrible! Over the past 3 weeks, after switching back and forth, they have not got there yet to enter the site and correct the template bug. If you write about the support, they will answer about 1-2 days. 6 months of support, this time is not enough to eliminate one error.

I bought it this a year ago and I did not use in the end, so my support has expired, now I wanna use it and I'm having a lot of issues , can not even introduce the purchase code and the slider revolution and visual composer plugins ask me for activations codes :(

Hi,
The activation of slider Revolution and Visual Composer is not necessary. The theme author can't provide their purchase codes as the purchase code is valid for one domain. If you really want to activate them, you'll have to purchase their regular license. Otherwise you can use them without activating.
Support forum available http://jollythemes.com/support/ and http://wowtheme.freshservice.com and rather than contacting support, you just awarded with 1 star even we assist if support is expired. Giving 1 star because of the above reason is really ridiculous. Shame on you.
Extremely bad experience with customer support. they even cant provide us shortcodes of demo site version. I have waist my money.
