I am using jollyany on a site J4 and SPPB v4.0.7, for unknown reason the extra addons provided with my license don’t show well in the admin section of SPPB and when added to a section are broken. are these addons compartible with the latest SPPB? Thanks
Hi, I’m sorry for the problem. At the moment, the template hasn’t been completely compatible with SP Page builder 4 yet. We will update the template to provide the compatibility in April. Hope you understand and stay tuned for the update.

You didn’t contact us via support to detail your issue, you just posted here with an unclear issue. What is your intention? @nezikist Your effective purchase support date is April 24, 2021 – October 24, 2021. Your license expires on October 24, 2021. So that’s why you can’t change the valid domain to activate your license. You can download quickstart demo in lifetime but only with valid domain. If you want to use Jollyany for another client (different domain), you need to purchase another license. That’s fair to us. You cannot use one license for all your customers for lifetime.
You know we are developers and we are humans, we are not machines. We still need to eat to survive.
After all, thank you for your purchase. I give you a refund for your one-year expired license.
If you still need download quickstart demo for new website. You can use it to re-purchase a new license and active your new valid domain with it.

Hi, thank you very much for your quick response. I already managed to install the Quickstart template and my site is now online. But now I would like to change the default language Admin and Front site from English to my language. I already installed the extension of my language and now and put it as default, but it didn’t work. How can u help me?
I’m glad to hear that. About the language issue, Please see the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/cm0jvX.jpg Have you selected the your language as default of both administrator and site yet? You’re supposed to select the language as default in the Admin, then switch to the Site and select the language as default in the front-end as well. Please try it again.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. the slide on the demo was built with Unite Slider, but this component is not compatible with Joomla 4. So I suggest that you should use UI Slideshow addon instead. You can go to SP Page builder > edit your page > add new element > Search “UI Slideshow”. We will update the demo today to replace the Unite slide with UK Slideshow today.
How can I activate Construction style, and why the template didn’t came with demo pictures?
Hi, do you want to import the demo data of Construction template? If so, please go to Site template styles > Open one style > Jollyany Dashboard > Activate Jollyany license > Scroll down to “One-click Install” > install the Quickstart of Construction template.

Jollyany package isn’t included with Quickstart because users are able to install the template package and import the demo content with 1-click right off the template Dashboard in the admin panel. Hi, it’s only possible when your license support is still valid. As I can see, your support expired, so you’re supposed to extend support first, then you’ll be able to change to a new domain.
