I never received a response to my post on the themeforest page for the company. Nor did they respond to my support request through their website. The requests are on an open forum on their website. I didn't get a response from who I can detect as a representative of the company. I am not comfortable in just loading my FTP information and just hoping to get help. I have not been successful in using this theme. I am highly disappointed. I can't even use the theme that I paid for. Such a waste of my money. I would like a refund, even if half to get this resolved. I don't want this.
