I’ve been using JOYN for a couple of years now and I just updated WooCommerce to 3.3.5. But now my cart isn’t working anymore. Is JOYN not supporting this version? My customers won’t be able to go through to the payment process now.

I just purchased your theme. It seems that the countdown plugin on the coming soon page is not working. It’s not working on the theme I purchased or in the demo here on themeforest. How can this be fixed? The template looks great though.

You’ll need to edit the shortcode, as it will have lapsed – you can edit this on the page to set a different date.

Yes, there is an option to set the header under the page slider – check in the Meta Options under Page Header/Slider.

Hi, I build for a long time now a blog with many page build with the SwifIdeas visualcomposer. My setup is currently :
Wordpress version 4.3.17
Thème Joyn : Version : 2.33
Swift Framework version 1.7
1 – Can you confirm that i can upgrade safely only the visualcomposer to the last version without any risk to break my site look ?
2 If I move to Uplift Theme with last version of Wordpress and Swift Framwork can you tell me if this will break all the page previously design visual Swiftvisualcomposer ?
Your theme version is very old – I would suggest testing on a staging site before updating your live site.
Hi there! I purchased this theme for a site I was building for a friend a few years back and had no problems, but he has asked me to update the site andI have run into a few problems. At first I was having issues with the Swift Builder showing up but after updating the theme and the Swift Builder itself things appeared to have been fixed but not entirely.

At the moment I’m seeing large gaps/blank spaces where the content is supposed to be and doesn’t match what I see on the back end on the Swift Builder. For example, underneath the slider there should be 3 icon boxes but instead its just a blank grey space. Also, at the bottom of the page there should be animated logos below the gallery and the footer itself should also have content but all columns except the left one are blank. Also the colours in general seem off with only the grey running throughout the entire page.
Any ideas or suggestions on how I could go about fixing this? There’s been no new plugins installed besides the ones that came with the theme itself. I know my support ticket has expired but since I’m doing this a favour for my friend any help would be greatly appreciated.
It appears that the sections (icon boxes/logos/etc) show up fine on mobile which is a little odd…
In fact when I open the website on my second display (an LCD) the images load just fine but not in the same browser but on my Macbook display? Does that make any sense?
On further experimentation it seemed that whenever I was logged in through WP certain images/pages wouldn’t load properly? When I load up the page after logging out, or in an incognito window, everything seems to work fine. Anything I can do about this?
Sounds like it may be a caching issue of some sort? Have you tried clearing browser cache/logging in through a private tab?
We have been having problems with a site built on Joyn since early December. Tried going through support and were were working with Ed Cousins to get things fixed.
He went “off the air”on 12/22 and we have not heard from him since nor has he responded to any of our request. If you’re not going to provide support please let us know, but just going “dark” is not acceptable.
