Hello,

I am considering to purchase this theme and I have a question in regards to website responsiveness when reducing or increasing browser window size.

While I was testing responsiveness I have noticed that the website significantly lags as if its going at 4 frames per second while reducing or increasing browser size.

Is this related to having large image sizes in the demo, some script or other, and can this be resolved so that site is speedier with browser window size change.

Tested on Safari and Chrome on M1 Pro.

I should say that the template is fully responsive. We do not recommend to test responsiveness resizing the browser window. The theme has styles for standard resolutions, and the theme adapts to them. When resizing the browser, scripts need time to ’’rebuild’’ the content. Please check the theme on devices or with the help of browser emulators.

Hi, can you help me please to understand why in: THEME OPTIONS > Colors Tab, I can’t see the hexadecimals colors? Wordpress don’t show anything on this feature, only texts.

Please, look the image (https://paste.pics/JUFI1). On right side of image you can see the boxes with colors but I can’t edit colors really.

Is there a way to edit blog posts cards (like changing “View more” text) within Classi-1 posts page? Also, I wanted to change front page blog cards buttons text, but I’m also struggling to find the way to do it.

Hello,

We are currently using theme Jude version 1.1.1 and the past week there was a problem with the main plugin “ThemeREX Addons” causing a 500 (Internal Server Error) and blocking us from wordpress administration page. Upon disabling the plugin, the error goes away and we regain access to the administration page. We are using Wordpress version 5.8.1. Can you please let us know what can be done to fix this?

I’ve bought the Jude | Nail Bar & Beauty Salon WordPress Theme, and it wont install, because it says that the CSS.stylesheet is missing.

I downloaded the ZIP, which was provided to me and then tried uploading it to WordPress, but without any luck.. Help.

Hello. I have a long history of disabling WPBakery Page Builder selected custom post types.

That is, in the settings of the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin in the “Role Management” section for the administrator, in the “Post Types” field, I set “Custom” and select: + post + page + cpt_services + cpt_tea

But after a while, the checkboxes from the selected post types are removed (everything except “page” is removed) and I have to go in and check the boxes again every time: “post” “cpt_services” “cpt_tea”

This problem was still when my technical support did not expire, I thought updating the template would help, but I was mistaken, the problem remains to this day ((

Now I have everything updated to: WordPress 5.5.3 Jude 1.1.1 WPBakery Page Builder 6.4.2

Can you help me solve this problem?

I sent send ticket it says invalid purchase code. I am using Home2 Demo as my home page but for inner pages I want the same header. I tried to do it but failed can you please help me. Because specific page can be changed from header setting. But issue is for posts or other pages where can I select custom header?​
