Hi, I’m doing the installation of the theme for a client and when I try to upload the demo I get a warning symbol and an error that look like this “Error load data from the file ‘http://demofiles.themerex.net/junotoys/default/users.txt'. Please, try again!” I check and the system requirements are ok and are the same or greater than the ones you suggest on the documentation. Did you have any idea why the demo content is not working? Any difficulties with the demo data import are usually connected with the server configurations. In case “Demo Data” installation is stuck, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server – demo.zip. Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/junotoys directory.

Hi. Essential-grid plugin wont work, forces site to crash when we try to access backend editor for home screen. Also WPBakery Page Builder is stuck at v.5.5 will it be updated to support v6.7?

In the support ticket the tech support team did not send me WP bakery 6.7 – they sent rev slider and essential grid, and as you can see in the comment we were asking about wp bakery page builder’s current version. Also the screen shot you sent is not valid as is a different version to what we see. See our screen shot https://prnt.sc/1qluu8z

Currently, we are planning a new big release, including Themerex Updater plugin in the package, so you could update the theme and all the bundled plugins whenever a new version is released directly in the Dashboard. But the testing process will take some time.

Hello,

I was testing your theme and I’ve noticed that the products links (to the details) are included in the name of the product instead of the ‘image click’. When I clicked on the image there is nothing occurring.

Is there a way to change that?

I think the customers could have some difficulty to ‘notice’ that the product details are after the title click. Is ‘normal’ the click wherever instead on product title only.

I have no clue how to edit a page. If I click edit, I get an error and if I want to use WPBakery Page Builder it does not load anything. Looks like WPBakery Page Builder 5.5.4 is used but 6.5. is already available.

I have updated WP-Bakery and Sldier revolution with the files taht you sended, but the Essential grid appears messed up after i update it.

The sldiers do not appera at all, or apepar out of order.

I would like to know if you have an estimated date on the release date of the update supporting WordPress 5.5 since even with the jQuery Migrate Helper we’re still seeing a lot of issues and had to roll back to 5.4.x. with the corresponding lack of support for other providers’s newer plugins, etc.

I would like to ask if there is going to be any update on the theme, as I see that there are some compatibility issues with WordPress 5.5, mostly because of the Jquery migration.

I know that I can use the plugin “Enable Jquery migration helper” but this is a patch and not a permanent solution to the issues.

Issues that I refer to are: The whole system collapses. The core functionalities are all destroyed if you upgrade to WordPress 5.5.

So is this theme going to get an update since 2018 ?

DON’T choose this theme for your project. The theme is NOT compatible with the latest WordPress.

Before I made the purchase decision, I comment here 15 days ago asked the author whether the theme is compatible with WordPress 5.4.2, they replied me “We have not located any compatibility issues with the most recent Wordpress version so far, so you can use the theme with it.”. But in fact the reverse is true. This is CHEAT. I don’t believe you anymore.

I have submit at least 4 tickets to request the bug fix, so far, the problems have not been resolved.

So many PROBLEMS with the theme and delay our project process, we have WASTE a lot of time. We have to pay compensation to our project, I felt so dissatisfied, frustrated and even angry.

The author decline my request to refund, they want me to exchange theme from them, but I don’t believe the author anymore.

DON’T choose this theme for your latest WordPress. Don’t waste time again and again.
