Jupiter X is very very very slow, so we downgraded to the old but good Jupiter 6. Never got an update, even when they promised. It's a shame. Stay away from this theme!

Used to be the best theme I ever used, but with the new X release it got extremely complicated, most of the features disappeared. They are saying that Jupiter 6 will be provided with all updates, but it even doesn't work with WordPress 5.
very very disappointed. Jupiter X completely new theme, not ever close to Jupiter 6 or previous version.
They don't ever care about 100K sold the theme of the previous version. I'm sure all old clients will go with some new themes if they won't update Jupiter 6 and make it at least work with WordPress 5
Jupiter is extremely customizable and flexible. It affords us the ability to add features that were either limited or missing in other themes.
We purchased four copies of Jupiter for a few of our current clients and expect to continue using the theme to build websites for new clients.
Envato/Themeforest should allow multiple reasons for rating authors. Artbees also has amazing customer support. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful, even when advising me on a really stupid mistake.
I can't say enough about their product and the people that provide customer support.
Support is always helpful!

I had a bad start with this theme but finally the support service Artbee have behaved very well and I have solved the problem. I retract my words, the support service has not stopped until the problem was solved.

Artbees customer support is good and responsive. The theme customisation is the best I’ve come across.
One of the best themes I´ve seen. Excellent customizability and the support is outstanding.
