Customer support is horrible, they do not answer, not to mention this is one of the worst templates I have used. So hard to customize and full of bugs.

We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing at first, but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.

Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe.
Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

I received great support from the customer services representative. As well as really loving the theme!

for Bugs

There were slight bugs in the theme, but that was not the problem. It is listed as WPML Compatible while in fact it isn't. The support could assist for 2 weeks and I payed to 3rd party developer to make the logo change in each language (2 hours of work)...

We located your support thread regarding this matter #1886438

Our Justicia theme and all others are compatible with 3 translation plugins. WPML, Polylang and Loco Translate. We never had any serious problems with them, nor we received any kind of urgent reports for things not working.

As far as we could see, our customer agent provided you with some sort of solution for your multilanguage website. We didn't receive any feedback from you ever since so we couldn't know if the solution was alright.

If you still have any further issues with our theme, please submit another ticket and our agents will gladly assist you. User's satisfaction is our main priority and we're doing our best to help you all out.
