Hi there, I’d like you to please deactive my current license, as I had it attached to a dev site that I can no longer remember, and now I need to use the license on an actual production site. Thanks.

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product again.

P.S: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

I tried to do the one click import for the Store and the site doesn’t look at all like the demo. I have been able to get close to ​the setup but I can’t figure out how to make one section appear properly. I am more than a little frustrated that this didn’t work as promised so if you could help me, I won’t have to ask for a refund. I really like the default layout and it was the biggest reason I chose this theme over other themes.

The main issue is I can’t the section in the demo with New Items, Top Rated, Products and Best Sellers to display the same way on my site. I tried to submit a support ticket but that didn’t work either.

When I place portfolio items, I can see black horizontal line near bottom on mobile screen only. I cannot see the horizontal line on desktop and mobile screen emulator. So I can not debug this problem.

I wanted to get rid of the animated underline effect and replace it with a classic css underline text decoration. It was easy – I found a simply solution.​

I tried with custom css below. It works great for links in most places on the page, but not for the header. I want the underline text decoration to work not only as a hover effect, but also for the active link, especially in the main menu.​

Sorry but that option is not available from Envato. You get free 6 months support when you purchase an item and then you can extend that support when you need ti for another 6 months. More details in this article: Extending and Renewing Envato Item Support.

Hi. I summited a ticket through laborator support site, but I haven’t got any reply yet. Please check these problems below; 1. Can’t update the theme. It says my domain is not permitted. 2. Can’t update plug-in such as LayerSlider WP and WPBakery Visual Composer 3. Can’t see the detailed images on portfolio pages. It is just a blank.
