The site you have mentioned is not using Kalium, it seems to be a custom made theme and not a commercial theme. I would suggest you contact the agency directly as this does not have anything to do with Laborator or Kalium theme.

As of the current version, the ‘Live grid layout options’ feature is not available, the current version has these options but not in live format. However, it is planned for release in Kalium 4.

Hi, I noted someone asked this already but wanted to confirm. Will the https://kaliumtheme.com site (pages and layout) ever be available as a demo site? It is a much-preferred layout to the actual demo sites at the STARTER SITES section.

For the moment we don’t plan to offer a demo as our intro site. We are preparing new Elementor demos and they will be available in the next big update of Kalium (see this WIP example).

Hello, very often I face problem with updating the premium plugins geting this error: “Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 5848191 out of 7062517 bytes received”

This is not a problem that comes from the theme and this can be caused by multiple other things, for more info read this article: How to Fix cURL Error 28: Connection Timed Out in WordPress. I recommend you to increase memory limits first (max_execution_time).

Hi and thanks or the reply. I contact my hosting to increase the limit but I believe the problem is theme related. The problem never occurs with updating other plugins (again from the theme updater) only with the premium plugins you offer

Hi, I contact them. Every thing seems ok. I have to mention that this is not the fisrt time is happening. Some times it works and some times not. Every time the problem occurs with the premium plugins. For example whe I update woocommerce, using kulium plugin update page, it will work every single time. That is not the case with premium plugins. In any case, is there a way to download them and install them manually?
I also tried, to copy paste the url of the message https://api.laborator.co/kalium/plugin-updates/7.0/js_composer.zip?license_key=tQbYrwZ11BXExaFLQ-Ylrx3AV&token=UHBiT3B2RXdqN1NqSlNaQ0h4Qk1BSnZLc1lHOXAvcU4yeWYyOXBLM1p3M3F5QT09… and I got that message: {errors license key!”}

Please check if the domain that you try to update plugins is the same domain as the domain that you have registered. You can check that in this area. If that is not the case, then please send us your site URL and WordPress credentials by email, as we need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with a possible solution.

Hello, my support expired multiple times without me using it, so I was wondering if I can ask you to help me for an issue i believe it’s a little bug. it has to do with transparent pngs in my portfolio. This is the thing: If i upload a transparent png as a first item in my portfolio gallery, it shows a background color EEE, if i upload the same image in the 2nd or 3rd position, it doesn’t show it. On top of that, there is a residual EEE bg color when loading the home-portfolio page, so the bg randomly appear, according to how fast the loading is. sometimes the bg even stays there. I would be very grateful if you can help me, otherwise I understand.

If I use the Bookstore child theme. How I can do modification in the theme files, so I still can update it? Can I use a 2nd child theme?

Custom PHP codes can be added to the functions.php file and won’t be vanished when updating the theme as only the main theme will be updated, while the child theme remains untouched, so you can keep modifying the Bookstore child theme and there is no need to worry that you will loose the customizations.

My old domain was stolen and I bought a new one. Is it possible to remove the kalium license for the old one and activate it for the new one? The database is the same, only the domain was stolen because I forgetting to update the payment in due time.

You can reset your license as many times as you want inside 6 months from your purchase. But you can’t do that after 6 months. If you need to use Kalium again in another domain you can purchase another license.

Hi there. Have been loving this theme for years and have an issue that just popped up that no one seems to be able to resolve—when sending a link to my site through text on iphone, I’m getting 2 images side by side for the link preview. It seems the theme is generating one and then yoast is also generating. How can I disable the theme from using the square logo version ?

You can not use two builders to work on the same page. If you decide to use Elementor you must import one of the newest starter sites or create your pages from scratch with Elementor.

We can only reset a license for users who have registered their license within the last 6 months from the date of their initial registration. Unfortunately, we checked your license and found that you had registered it 5 years ago.
One license is valid for one domain only as you can read here: Theme licenses and activation. So, if you need to register Kalium in another domain you need to purchase another license.

We use PHP 8.1 on our server and Kalium theme is working as it should there. Maybe you have errors that come from a third-party plugin?
