With regard to my Main reason for my five star rating, it is hard to choose between Customer Support and the excellent design of the Bookstore Kalium theme – because both are equally excellent. But ultimately Ylli at Kalium has prevented me from pounding my head into the wall more than I would have otherwise, so Ylli wins that contest. I have only so-so experience with WordPress. I build a site every 2-3 years and feel like I have to relearn it from scratch every time. So even with this well designed theme it took a few days of frustrating diligence before I started to get it. (I highly recommend a clean install - get rid of that old stuff first) But once I began to grasp the theme's functionality, (with Ylli's help when I got stuck) it all made sense and I am increasingly happy with this theme's possibilities. The Bookstore theme is great. I love my new site and it is getting extremely positive response.

Very helpful customer support sorted out some issues I had when one of my other plugins over-rode some of the settings. The theme is very attractive and once I had got my head around the whole wordpress thing (I'm a complete newbie), it all slotted swiftly into place. I used the restaurant demo as my starting point.

This Theme has some rare features, like the nice portfolio with a very good responsive lightbox.

I am able to revisit the theme that I decided not to use after purchasing (from forever ago) with the help of Kalium support (thanks Ylli). And to my surprise, the theme is much better than I remembered. It doesn't have too many plugins required to install and the speed test is great. I definitely will buy this again for my upcoming project.

A great theme for designers that comes with a lot of possibilities to design and adapt pages with some knowledge of css. And what helps a lot: a great support!!
