3 years ago i asked about this… 3 years later… it’s still a problem. thanks a lot! pay for your theme, but don’t expect you to keep it up to date. Your theme (Kanna) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

i cannot find anywhere in this theme to remove the side area slide out. i don’t want it at all.. where do i go to remove it?

Thanks for writing in! You can remove the Side Area Opener from Appearance > Widgets > Header widget area, simply remove the Side Area opener and it will no longer be present.

i don’t know what is going on with this theme, but I’m about over it. as long as my shop page is in draft mode, it’s fine. looks exactly as i expect it to. once i publish it… it loses everything but the product… but the product is huge, two columns and obnoxious. no matter what i do in the settings, it doesn’t fix itself. you have a nice theme…. i wish you would take of it better. wordpress 6.0 is out… yet no update.

Actually, I applied for request for refund as this current theme is too way advance for my current hosting. My current hosting is a basic hosting that has limited speed and performance. So it is way too slow to run this theme. That’s why I couldn’t use this theme. I hope that you can look into my request if possible.

This is a category above the title. If you refer to the hover text, and it can be for sure edited. You can add your categories and they will be displayed.
Also, for self-hosted videos, there is an option to choose between Youtube, Vimeo, or a self-hosted video for the portfolio single item.

1.Yes it can for sure, on our demo we have used different types of header to showcase variations, however, it can be set to be the same on all of your pages.
2. The shop functionallity is made with WooCommerce and you do have an option to add a Affiliate/external product.

apparently, this is one of the problems.
Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.
kanna/woocommerce/content-product.php, kanna/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.0.0, kanna/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php, kanna/woocommerce/product-searchform.php

The way logo dimensions work:
Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.
As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions will be 50×50.
In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.
