This is my last comment here, due to a bad assistance and a weird manner to help customers.
My question is abour the contact form.
My opinion is that you can have ONE contact form but SEVERAL problems.
The opinion of truethemes is that ONE contact form can only make ONE problem.
So if you wanna have some help, you can’t make more than one ticket.
Me: Is it possible to make A+B?
You: Yes it is
Me: It doesn't work...
You: Yes it works. Please contact a webdesigner to help you.
This is not a good way, really not a good way to provide some help and tricks.
My final comment.
We’re truly sorry that you’re feeling disappointed by our product support.
Can you kindly post your Ticket ID # so that I can personally review the ticket, determine what you’re trying to achieve, and determine if there’s any additional information I can provide to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Please know my friend that we are very much on your side and we’re always doing our best to provide the best possibly support.
We’re here for you.
Thanks so much
Do you have any idea why I have to waint so much time before I see the images? I want to avoid pagination.
Sure There my friend,
At first glance things seem to be working nicely (page is loading fast for us) however we are very happy to take a closer look and help you to resolve.
Generally a gallery page that is slow-loading is caused by large resolution images being used for the thumbnail images. (for example, linking to a 2000×2000 px image).
Please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly dig a bit deeper and help to provide solution.

I’m agree with Vfero. In my case, with the tiket support, you could see that I’m using the old version of template, that’s way wasn’t working the index with any new element….but like an “expert” you sent me to ” engage a coder to assist” me – said “Miguel G”. THIS IS A GOOD WORK GUYS !!!!
BTW the website NOW is old old old…...
Hi there, I have two questions.
1 -Can I edit the CSS to change the layour color?
2 – Do I have to pay $20 per month?
ps: I’m wondering buy the cheapest version.
Thanks so much for your Karma interest my friend.
1. Yes CSS can adjust most of the color scheme however a few custom images will also be required for custom color scheme.
2. Nope. Just a 1-time purchase which includes premium support and free upgrades for life.
Please just note that even though this version is less expensive it is an HTML+CSS web template so requires a working knowledge of website coding languages (HTML,CSS).
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist.
Does this have the ablilty in the html version to do a video library page?
Thanks so much for your interest in the Karma theme.
Yes the HTML version can indeed have a video library page.
The exact layout will depend on your specific requirements however a few options we’ve seen work nicely are:
- The Gallery page templates. This work great for displaying the video within a Lightbox: http://themes.truethemes.net/Karma-HTML/template-gallery-3-columns.html
- Any other Page Template (ie. Right Sidebar). This is a great option to directly add the Vimeo/YouTube embed code and display the videos right on the page: http://themes.truethemes.net/Karma-HTML/template-rightsidebar.html
Hope this is helpful. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist.
I had purchased this a year or so before, I do observe you are providing responsive version of html+css template. Is it enough to add mobile.css file or something other?
Thank you so much for supporting the Karma theme.
Converting an HTML theme from non-responsive to responsive can be quite an undertaking however we’ve tried to streamline the process as much as possible.
Here’s a HelpDesk article outlining all the details: https://support.truethemes.net/?knowledgebase=upgrade-karma-html-web-template-to-3-0
Hope this is helpful for you.
If there’s anything else at all we can do to help Please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly provide assistance.
Homepage – jQuery2 does not display properly using IE 11, even in themeforest preview. Text shows behind the jquery slider.
We’re very happy to take a closer look and help to provide a solution.

How can I remove the CU3ER start loading logo ?
I went of their website, and they said we need a pro account. But as we buy it here, is there a code line we can break to delete this please ?
The removal of the CU3ER logo does indeed require a pro license.
CU3ER has offered a special $10 discount exclusively for Karma customers. They’ve asked us not to post the code publicly however we can gladly provide via email. info (at) truethemes.net
I am having the exact same problem as shantali, which is that in jquery2, if using internet explorer, the text appears behind the scroller. Have a look at the printscreen: www.hazmatsystems.com/public/themeforest.png.
Please let me know how to proceed to fix this.
Sure thing my friend. Full solution is outlined here: https://support.truethemes.net/?knowledgebase=karma-jquery2-homepage-ie11-fix
Actually, forgot to mention, I have the html version and not the wordpress / php version.
So sorry for the mixup – we didn’t realize it was the HTML version of the Karma theme.
We’re very happy to provide a solution for you.
do you also have styling for other form elements like listboxes , selects etc, in this theme? Perhaps also for tables?
Also with examples?
Hope you’re having a wonderful holiday season.
Other Form elements do come with some nice clean styling which can be seen in action on this contact page: http://themes.truethemes.net/Karma-HTML/template-contact-iphone.html
All other pre-styled elements can be found on this demo page: http://themes.truethemes.net/Karma-HTML/content-code-snippets.html
Hope this information is helpful my friend.
Thanks for your answer, it was not the one I hoped for…
I’ve gone through previous comments and most response in this matter was to submit a ticket, however I believe this is a question that will be posted by most asp.Net developers and the answer here would benefit quite a huge number of developers too..
Karma’s “buttons” are actually links
’<’a href=”#” class=”ka_button small_button small_cherry” style=”opacity: 1;”> Small Button ’>’
In asp.net, creating a button would render as a submit button as below:
’<’input type=”submit” name=”btnTest” value=”test butt” id=”abc” class=”ka_button small_button small_periwinkle” style=”opacity: 1;”’>’
Unfortunetly, the css does not work well with the html “submit” buttons.
Is there fix for this, not a work around to change all buttons to links but to actually fix the css to support the html “submit” buttons
I have purchased the Karma Wordpress theme quite a while ago. I am thinking of switching the website to an HTML version, as we do not need all the extras. On the wordpress version, I have altered portfolio 2 colum so that a random post shows on page reload. This was the single most important thing for my client.
My question is, if I get the HTML version, would you be able to tell me how to get the two column gallery to load images in random order? Is this possible?
Thank you so much for supporting our products – we really appreciate it.
We highly recommend the Wordpress version over the HTML version. The Wordpress version will allow for much easier upgrading anytime there’s an update and it will also allow the ability for a much more powerful website. (client might not need something now but in the future they might want something that could be added with a simple plugin on the Wordpress version)
Releasing updates for HTML version can be troublesome since many files might be affected by an update and thus the end-user must then modify all the new files during an update. The Wordpress version entails simply uploading the updated theme (1 zip file) and the entire site will then be upgraded and no additional modifications will be required.
Displaying a random post on HTML version would also require a bit of custom coding. HTML does not have “dynamic ability” so a more dynamic programming language would need to be included for a randomized-post (ie PHP). Wordpress is already built on PHP so a randomized post will be much easier to implement.
We hope these details are helpful for you my friend. Please feel free to reach out to us again if there are any additional questions. We’re very happy to help.
Great templates, HORRIBLE customer service! (Doesn’t having to use html in a post tell you something?) But that’s not the issue. I’ve come across terrible attitude and blame and apparently a lack of service if you continue an issue incorrectly, i.e. start a new ticket for a problem that hasn’t been solved when it’s marked as solved already. The communication was so bad and it seems someone wants to cover his/her tracks since all communication in either ticket has been completely deleted.
If anyone wants help, I suggest either finding it elsewhere or better yet, go somewhere else for templates.
We’re so incredibly sorry that we haven’t lived up to your expectations.
It is never our mission to lie or blame or be rude in any way.
Do you mind posting your HelpDesk username or Ticket ID # so we can gladly look more at these tickets?
Our sincerest apologies and we hope we can continue to serve you on future projects.
Quick question; if anyone can chime in to answer, please do. Looking to move the logo in the center and top of the menu-bar, as well enlarge the logo. Any suggestions?
Greatly appreciate any help.
Yes sure thing my friend.
Truly sorry it took so long to respond here on the ThemeForest boards.
Kindly follow the instructions in this tutorial for easy centering of the logo. Please note that this was written for original version of Karma Wordpress theme however you can grab the code from the tutorial and drop it right into the bottom of ‘styles.css’ and the logo will be nice and center.
No need to apologize. Great work and thank you very much for the help! Cheers.
i bought this and the Wordpress Theme.
First Very Nice Work.
My Question. Is there coming any update to 4.0 in the HTMl Version like the Wordpress Version?
Thanks so much for your Karma purchase my friend!
Upgrading the HTML version to 4.0 will unfortunately be a near impossible task. This is the truly difficult part about HTML templates is that they become very limited in terms of significant changes to the theme’s code. Upgrading to 4.0 would require modifying the large bulk of the HTML-theme’s files and is much easier to start with 4.0 from scratch.
As a team we are discussing releasing Karma 4.0 HTML version however this would not be an upgrade for existing Karma (for reasons outlined above)
The best idea we’ve come up with so far is including both Karma 3.0 and Karma 4.0 in the download package and users can then decide which version they’d like to use.
We love serving you!
I purchased the theme trying to make it work with my wordpress not realizing you already have this as a wordpress theme, wish I would have seen that first. Can I get refund on this version and exchange for the wordpress version?
Yes absolutely my friend!
Kindly follow the details outlined in this post and we’ll gladly provide the refund.
Thanks to the TrueThemes support team – nice work!
You’re very welcome my friend! Cheers
I really like karma! Would like to make the cu3er area smaller, however (say 800 X 360) and keep it centered on the screen—how can I do this?
Sure thing my friend.
This can be achieved by editing the templates CSS file to adhere to the newly desired dimensions.
Line 660 of style CSS contains the div element responsible for setting the width of the cu3er slider area.
Simply adjust the width with something like so:
The slider will conform to the new dimensions.
Hope this helps
I can’t say enough good things about this template; absolutely LOVE IT, and your support is phenomenal.
I’m wondering if you can recommend any sort of add-on for displaying a calendar? I’d like to have an events page with a calendar that can show single and recurring items, and then link to details for the events.
Thank you so much! We’re so excited you’re loving the theme!
We’ve not worked with many calendars for HTML template however we’ve just spent some time reviewing some available options.
Here is our top-pick script from the CodeCanyon marketplace. Looks really promising:
Hope this is helpful
You’ve been very supportive-I think this is my last question! I edited contact-form/config.php with my email, but didn’t receive anything when I submittted a test from my website-any ideas? Also, how do I set up the “Join our crew”/”Subscribe” option in the footers? THANK YOU!
We’re very happy to provide assistance:
1. Kindly use the links below to submit a Ticket on our secure HelpDesk providing the website details so we can gladly check out config.php and try to determine why not working on your website.
2. The subscribe form in the footer is essentially just an HTML shell that we provide for easy porting of a mailing list service of your choice. It can also be set up as a contact form instead. You could sign up for a service such as MailChimp and port over their HTML code into the footer, or here is an article from our HelpDesk outlining details for using Karma’s in-built form script to create a custom form in the footer: https://support.truethemes.net/?knowledgebase=karma-html-add-multiple-contact-forms-custom-footer-form-etc
