There exists one or two empty iframes when I browse the theme on chrome and mozilla. Main page works fine but sub pages have iframes at the bottom.
I dont know what is causing this. May you help ?

Thanks so much my friend
Just amazing! A perfect and easy to understand template, and an even better tech support, I’ve never spend 20 bucks in a better way!
We’re so glad you’re happy with everything! Thanks so much!
Cheers my friend
How does the blog section work if I want to place my blog?
The Blog section in this HTML +CSS theme is not “dynamic” and will require you to adapt it to whatever web-based system you are using.
If you are looking for a more dynamic solution out of the box, please check out our Karma Wordpress Theme: http://themeforest.net/item/karma-clean-and-modern-wordpress-theme/168737
Basically what I am looking for is maybe just inputting my log on info or something and the blog running on this template itself without doing anything. can it be done with the dynamic ?
It sounds like the Wordpress version is a much better option for you since you’re looking for dynamic functionality.
Hi! I’m really excited to start my website! I have a question before I go any further with the homepage. I bought the html version to use with Dreamweaver. I am planning on using the index-3d-2.html file with cu3er, but after much searching online I am a bit confused. Do I need to also buy the CU3ER license from the cu3er website (for $50?) I only see instructions for the wordpress wpcu3er. (I understand and have read the articles about viewing cu3er on my local hard drive, that isn’t the problem – just not sure if I have to purchase the CU3ER to use it if I’m not using wordpress.) I am so happy with the template – thank you so much!!
Oops – I think I figured it out! I can’t delete my question but I was able to find the free CU3ER “Lite” download It looks like that includes the license to use it on one website.
First off thankyou so much for your purchase and your kind words, we truly appreciate it!
As per the CU3ER license, you do not need to purchase any additional license in order to legally use CU3ER on your website. We’ve already flipped the bill for that
The only time you need to purchase an additional license is if you wish to remove the “CU3ER” logo. This requires a Pro License from CU3ER .
I hope this information is helpful for you.
Have a wonderful day.
I seem to have a problem with my contact form i dont get the request on my email can someone please help site is http://www.hotelsahil.com/contact-us.html
Sure thing my friend.
Will I be able to use this template in Dreamweaver CS3 ?
I would love to purchase this if I can
Yes absolutely. This theme is compatible with all versions of Dreamweaver.
I purchased this package and would like to install just Menu Items and the Home page image slider as I already have other css for the rest of the pages. Is it possible to get it done without affecting other css on my site?
Thanks so much for your purchase.
Yes this should indeed be possible. As long as none of your existing website items have the same ID / Class names you shouldn’t run into any conflicts.
Are there any examples of a HTML table themed in Karma (table title, column headers, etc)? I have some table-based reports that will need to match the look/feel of the sight.
No we unfortunately do not have any table styling examples.
Karma comes by default with “basic table styling” which cleans up the default browser styles.
You’re best bet will be to simply copy/paste your HTML tables into your site so you can see how they render. You can then decide if this styling is nice for your needs.
Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.
Darn, I was hoping I had missed something in the ZIP file.
BTW , great code (as well as design), I’m breaking it up into a database driven Classic ASP site template and since everything is so well organized, it’s been a breeze so far!
Sorry no custom table styles We’ll definitely considering adding those for a future release.
So glad to hear everything else is running smoothly for you.
Best of luck on your website project.
We’re here to help so just give us a shout if you need us.
how can i do to all FOOTER ´s stay on the bottom ?
i have problems when the page don´t have a lot of information.
A “sticky footer” is unfortunately not available by default. You can indeed achieve this however you will need to modify the HTML structure / CSS of the theme.
hello mr author, I bought your karma template, but now, I want to use the other karma template for whmcs. Am I need to purchase the template again?, or can you send me the files or the link for download the template to my email adress?
my email adres: email@example.com
Yes you will need to purchase a license for each website you plan to use the Karma theme. You will simply re-purchase just as you’ve purchased the first one.
Please feel free to give us a shout if you have any further questions.
I think , I could not explain myself clearly.I want to use both of temlates(corparete+ for whmcs) in one website. As soon as I bought your temlate for whmcs. I want to ask again . am I need to buy the template again?
My apologies but I am still slightly confused by your question.
Here is more information about this theme’s license. Hopefully it will answer your question.
A Regular License is valid for a single website. If you are only building one website than you only need one license. If you plan on using the theme for a 2nd website then you will need to purchase a 2nd license.
I hope this helps
Awesome and clean design!
I’m planning to purchase this template, how easy is it to modify, I’ve got a few html knowledge, I have CS5 . Would you say its easy to modify?
Thank you so much for your interest in Karma.
Karma’s code is very well organized and well commented so modifying the theme is very easy.
Also, if you’re interested in a more dynamic version of this theme you can check out the Wordpress version of Karma: http://themeforest.net/item/karma-clean-and-modern-wordpress-theme/168737
I am about to purchase the Karma template but would like to know which template (HTML or Wordpress) is easier, quicker to set up. I have basic HTML knowledge and use Dreamweaver CS3 . Is Wordpress more click and drag set up while HTML is more coding. Also does the HTML template come pre-configured with a default site map? Lastly, which is easier or able to customize? (ie. background skins, glossy buttons) Many thanks in advance for your help with this.
Yes you are correct. The Wordpress version is more point-and-click whereas the HTML version requires a basic understanding of HTML and CSS .
Here’s an article on our KnowledgeBase that outlines more things to consider when choosing between HTML or Wordpress theme: https://support.truethemes.net/?knowledgebase=which-do-i-choose-wordpress-theme-or-html-theme
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.
We interested to purchase the above template, but we would like to know what level of customization do you provide as in extra service, as in we pass you our current pages, we ask you the layout we like and you do the rest including FTP upload.
Also which page in the template would have the capacity to handle multiple images via XML or similar. We will have the concept of category/product page, we would like to have an easy way of updating the images for each product.
Also one more important thing is how SEO friendly the whole site is please?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks a lot for your Karma interest.
We’re unfortunately not currently available for customization work. For customization work we highly recommend to check out: http://www.wpquestions.com You can hire a Wordpress coding expert to handle all of your custom coding needs at a very low price.
As per a page template suitable for an XML image gallery, we recommend the Full-Width Page Template. This will give you an open canvas for all of your needs.
As per the SEO of this theme, this theme is highly SEO -friendly. We’ve implemented many optimizations such as: proper usage of all H1-H6 headings, Full content/design separation, Content placed high up in code-hierarchy, External scripts placed at the bottom of code-hierarchy, etc…
Please feel free to give us a shout with any further questions.
Thanks a lot my friend
Thanks for getting back to us
Excuse my lack of knowledge here, but which version will deliver better SEO optimazation and flexibility in changing things, is it the HTML or the word press version ?
We will outsource the whole site job to other developer to do the changes.
Both the HTML version and the Wordpress version have identical SEO properties and quality of code, however the Wordpress version is far superior.
The Wordpress version runs on the Wordpress platform which includes database-driven content, plugins, point-and-click user interface, super easy website updating, etc, etc.
I would like to have instead of the 4 columns of text on the front index page, 5 or even 6 columns of text, each with its own image at the top.
The text is not the problem – I just used “one_fifth” and now have 5 columns. The problem is the correct image and frame size.
Do you have a STYLE .CSS with 5 or 6 columns or can you give me the code and most important the correct frame parameters?
I would them use for example “modern_img_frame modern_five_col_large” on the index page.
Thanks and cheers
Hi There my friend,
We unfortunately do not have a custom CSS set available for a 5 column or 6 column image frame layout. This is certainly possible to implement, but you’ll just need to add the custom CSS and imagery for this implementation.
Here’s an article on our KnowledgeBase outlining the easiest way for anyone to edit the code of the default theme: http://bit.ly/GDOzoz
Alternatively you can also hire a Wordpress coding expert for a super low price to implement this customization for you: http://www.wpquestions.com
I hope this is helpful for you my friend.
Hoping to get advice on how to reorganize the files so that I do not see the Karma-HTML folder in the url and so the links are not broken. I tried to create my own folders, but it didn’t work – wouldn’t relink in Dw. I am using Business Catalyst and Dreamweaver CS5 . Any help to make it an easy process? I already have the site functioning, I just didn’t pay attention to the url until now!
Thanks in advance!
PS – love the design! Very organized – clear and simple to edit (even for a novice like me)!
(please see our response to your question on the next page)
