I’m trying to change my logo on my site and was able to do so with no problem a couple of times. I didn’t like the way the new one looked and uploaded another file, but now no matter what I do, it defaults back to the file I don’t like after I click “Save Changes.” I’ve switched to the logo header provided in the theme for now, but I don’t want to use that in the long term.
Any ideas as to why this is happening or suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

It sounds like this could perhaps be a caching issue. Have you attempted to clear out your browser’s history/cache and reload the page?

Good night have lately seen the issue and looks excellent for the job I want to develop for which I have it installed locally using wampserver but I encounter a problem after installing the template that is no problem, install the recommended plugins for The problem is when the One Click Demo Import plug-in is clicked on, the Impost Demo Data button always returns the following error message:

Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20015 milliseconds with 519655 out of 2707113 bytes received.
So I have not been able to use the theme as required until you can not install the sample data to see in detail all the options of the theme as I have seen in your live preview.
I hope I can count on your help and be able to solve this problem and be able to advance in my project …

Petit retour d’expérience avec Karma :
- thème très complet, mais surtout extrêmement ergonomique. J’ai fait des expériences avec d’autres thèmes du même type, rien à dire, tout a été pensé pour que ce soir facile d’accès et personnalisable.
- Le SAV est aussi performant que le thème… J’ai eu un problème suite à une mise à jour : après règlement de 6 mois de support, les techniciens m’ont demandé un accès aux serveurs et ont réglé directement le problème en quelques jours. Rien à dire, là aussi j’avais fait de mauvaises expériences avec des supports qui renvoient à des documentations techniques de 80 pages sans lever le petit doigt…
Bref, bon thème, je recommande sans réserve

I have seen that others have had the same problem but every time your response is to put in a ticket. Well …. its not working and it has been days now and I have no slides. I’m not sure if you are aware of this, but I appear to have found a conflict between the Karma theme and the latest version of a plugin called Arigato Autoresponder. When updating to the latest version of Arigator (Karma is already at latest version) I noted that images a manual coded one_third type of layout got broken. I don’t know if this is because we are coming from much older versions of Karma and this kind of column code is no longer necessary. Anyway, the Arigato Autoresponder plugin breaks the third image in a column and pushes it down. Deactivating the Arigato plugin “fixes” the problem.
Love this theme! I am having trouble though, trying to eliminate the space between the slider and the first row of content – its like an inch of blank space… http://www.ocalasexualassaultcenter.com/ can you help?

I’ve had the problem that my images were not responsive with captions.
So I had to put in
“max-width: 100%;” in style.css under wp-caption.
Had to search many hours for that solution and it might be helpful for other customers to.
