Theme with beautiful design but not worth the money! Support is not helpful common answer: "we hope to get theme updated soon" - this is not an option for us. I had to order professional IT service to fix this theme errors, so i would not reccomend this theme.

If you are a beginner–intermediate with WordPress, I highly suggest that you do not buy this theme. Completely dated, non-intuitive page builder and inability to customize within the theme settings in ways that make absolutely no sense for standard web design.
Also was building a site on a tight timeline, so I couldn't afford to wait two days to get a response to a support request, let alone the dozens of other ones I would have had to submit. Switched to the Eona theme after a couple day of wasted time, and although there are still some issues, it's MUCH more intuitive overall.
Unless you are a fairly advanced WordPress user or don't plan to make a lot of adjustments besides plugging in your content, steer clear of Kendall and save yourself the hassle.

The page builder that comes with Kendall is WPBakery, as it is advertised on its TF page. We don't think it is fair to base your rating on a page builder that comes with our theme.

No updates for more than 10 months and no answer when finally there will be an update...

I revise my former review. The conflicts I was encountering were due to trying multiple woo commerce third party plugins for a gift certificate. It would be nice if this theme incorporated the feature, since it is desired in this industry. The features are abundant in this theme, my only frustration is trying to get a woocommerce gift certificate plugin to work.
It can be difficult to determine how to add and configure certain elements, and I have had problems with animated elements disappearing, but overall this theme was a good match for the permanent makeup site we are developing and has lots of nicely designed elements.

It was simple, easy and the results were amazing... Sounds like a beauty product review, but actually it worked for that industry. The site i have up has got plenty of good feedback and so thank you, will defo keep you in mind for future sites! Thanks!
Nailed it! I had trouble getting the demo content installed. I would like to see a cleaner set of instructions on how to get that content downloaded, but support was really nice and helpful, so now it's all set up. Thank you!

Nice theme with many possibilities, but the support ist really bad, so that many problems can't be solved. Bought another theme instead.

Hello,
We reviewed both of your threads in our support forum and established that our agent helped you with all theme-related questions.
Regarding coupons, this is something that's implemented on Checkout page. Button's been left by mistake on Cart page and our agent should've told you that. Once you apply coupon to Checkout page and hit "Apply Coupon" button, the coupon's been applied. There's no AJAX redirection for coupon feature by default.
When it comes to coupons removal, you need to go to "Trash" page where your coupons are and empty it https://www.screencast.com/t/nrAy0PyeSj In that way, you will be able to use coupon codes again.
Last but not least, responsive view should be easily fixed with couple of lines of CSS code, we're very sorry you weren't provided with these, we'll check this out closer if you wish to continue your website development with Kendall theme. We guarantee it could be easily fixed.
