Horrible support, I been waiting for the reply on support for almost two weeks now and I haven't received any assistance. I cant use the template without the instructions for PHPlist.

Unable to use the file. I even spent the extra money and purchased support only to find out the link to contact support is broken so you can't actually reach them. I left a comment asking for help and no one has replied. Absolute waste of money. Would never purchase from this person again.

Difficult to edit, unless you use Stamp Ready, which with this template I found very limiting.

Customer support was poor, it took 20 days to get an inadequate response to my issues... I've had better support from free items.

My recommendation would avoid this and just use Stamp Ready templates.

Actually your Customer support has expired.

But we contact you. we took so long due to Christmas & New Year Vacation.

Actually according to your code in https://pastebin.com/FTuF1L4J you changed the table layout width to 600px.

Also you request other new customization.
According to Envato item customization not included in item support.

Hi,

We mentioned that we use StampReady online builder with our template. We mention that in the name of item as well as item description.

Also most of Themeforest email developers use StampReady online builder as their primary builder.

If you want refund please contact Envato.

The product just does not work. Very complicated. At the end of the day you cannot easily get the email to look just like the sample demo. You will not get what you see. Support's solution to the issue is to keep sending more complicated emails with long list of instructions that does not work. Design a product that can easily be implemented EXACTLY as the demo looks with no issue. Support suggest I add the item to Stampready then copy over to Campaign Monitor. What kind of nonsense is this? And they refuse to give my money back. Time and money wasted. Stay away.

Why are you rate one star on Themeforest with a Different name....
after all support that given by me. ( videos, instructions, screenshot images )

I will reported your rating to Themeforest with all those supported emails.

And also you can import the template Campagin Monitor directly. Please read Documentation before yelling.

You always ask the exactly demo that shown on live preview.
All template authors don't deliver demo with exact images. due to copyrights issues.
