Does not include a key plugin during installation which renders the theme basically unusable as the plugin is not available through Wordpress search.

The documentation is poor and doesn't explain adequately how to use the anchor links as part of the permalink. Moreover, the documentation is out of date and doesn't reference the latest pages or navigation to do what needs to be done.
My issue was with setting up the permalink/animated pages. When starting from a blank slate without installing the demo content, it simply will not work. I had to install the demo content and edit the resulting pages to get it to work the way it was supposed to. When I complained of this, the author called it "my skill" that was at issue.
This took longer than a day because of the edits to the code I needed to make. I'm a fan of the design, but I am not a fan of how this was built. At some point I'm probably going to rewrite the backend so that it works without a number of kludges that were necessary to get it to work correctly.

1. This user has already changed his review about 10 times.
2. This user has never contacted us for support, he just decided to write a review using obscene language, insulted us. His first review was just for the sake of insulting us, without describing any reasons.
3. Then he came up with the reason that our documentation does not describe working with the theme, he referred to this section - https://lmpixels.com/docs/kerge-wp-theme/documentation.html#h-animated-op . There are only a few points in this section, and it's easy to check, everything is detailed and the theme works great.
4. We told him that perhaps the problem is in his skills, and not in the theme. We also pointed out to him a link to his site, and that the site was completely ready with our theme in one day. He was offended by this and began to take revenge on us.
5. After point 4, he began to threaten us and wrote us such a threat to our email from his personal email - "Keep publicizing my name and I'm going to post your themes on piratebay for download.". It seems to be normal for him to use pirate sites and break the law by posting other people's property on such sites.
6. In his previous reviews, he wrote that he wasted money on our theme, hinting that we should return the money to him. Perhaps this is the reason for his reviews.
7. He wrote that he had been using our other theme for several years and it worked great. This is the Unique theme. According to it, he never contacted us for support, but as revenge for the 4th point, he decided to leave us a second review with one star - https://themeforest.net/ratings/3410337 . The funny thing is the reason for the review, the evaluation of our support. Something he never asked us for. We have over 12,000 satisfied users, but he decided to prove to everyone that they are using what he called a swear word.
8. This user took a few days from us, spent our nerves. Given that if he had questions, then he just had to write to us in support, and the solution would be provided within a few minutes, but no, he decided to insult us and mock us, changing his reviews several times a day .
