author support is really bad. I am really disappoint with themeforest that they support this kind of author. We want only small changes but they dont even reply.How rubbish..
We bought theme for only and only theme support and author is not a responsible person for even get reply on our mail.

In my case precisely the theme does not work at all. No action on the configuration, no matter what I do, nothing happens.
