Astonishing it may be, I never really leave reviews but do read them. But for Kickcube I must. I purchased and used this theme for around 2 years it had well over 150,000 articles and our news site rankings were on turbo charge. Since the day I purchased Kickcube not once did Ihave any issues with it, it worked day in day out rock solid. I'm also not a 'techie' and I was able to work it out easily without support. A few years back, I bought many, many themes and had to scrap many, either too hard, or trying to get support an author would sometimes take a week and there was some even with support the demo wouldn't install. One day I came across Kickcube and wow, it rocked, and kicked and kicked on solid and strong. After that, the author released new themes, I bought a few with no doubt and wow, they were just like Kickcube, really easy and everything worked. Just like the Kick theme, none of those few themes I bought from this author ever failed in anyway. Never having spoken to the author and experiencing many other themes that were junk I realized the author has put really a tremendous amount of thought into also ensuring it's easy, so very easy for the person choosing any of his themes. And when you know one, you will know the others. It's so easy to work with this theme and everything works like clockwork, Kickube is the Iron Mike Tyson of themes, rock solid wiorkhorse will never let you down for one second. Hope this helps

If all customers will be like you, or at least 50% honest on the reviews matter, (you can see the reviews below with the fake clams and 1 star to get the refund after a few minutes of purchasing the theme), everything will be easier for the authors and a more pleasant experience for both, author and customer.
I love what I do, and all my themes are created to work, even the oldest ones. Easy, simple, and works as it should.
Just to let you know, if you need any help or have any questions for any theme or the new ones "Itaka", "Qenews", etc, just let me know.

The kind of person that has asked for a refund after 8 minutes from the moment you've purchased, over and over, using the refound form as a support ticket. So, it's obviously clear what you wanted, the latest version of the theme and money back.
You submitted 0 support tickets via the support tab, adding a fake review and so on, and the 8 minutes refound it's a clear thing. So make sure to not purchase again for me, not everyone it's stupid and you are smart! The mentality of the Indian people, shame! (All of you are asking for a refund with the same strategy and demand free installs or customizations, why do you bother to even purchase the theme?).

All the images you see in the demo/s, are featured images (is a default WordPress function).
A theme that doesn't support "featured images" is a theme without images :)

Very great theme
This the worst template I ever experienced. Some plugins are not working properly and also Register/Login/Password Reset/Profile/ page are not working. So many problems with this template. I just fed up with this template, I spent some more money to develop this template by our local developers... Also, support is worst, It's 3 months already but no response from them (Support)... Do not use this template.

I understand that you've changed the theme, but this is not a reason to add a negative and a fake review because you don't want to use it anymore.
This is unfair, to be honest. This is a simple theme and can be used by the ones that start with WordPress in just a few minutes. Having so many happy customers (as you can see from reviews and comments), it means we are doing a great job.
I invite you to reconsider our theme and remove the 1 star. We have thousands of happy customers which we are working hard to keep it that way.

1. KICKCUBE has been coded to SEO standards, though if you’d like additional SEO features, we would recommend checking out a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ as I mentioned via your support ticket for homepage description for Google search.
2. The theme dosen't mantion about "ad's management". As I mentioned in the support ticket, the theme comes with a custom widget for that purpose and via Theme Options you can add the Leaderboard AD displayed in the homepage.
I find your review quite unfair, to be honest. The theme is presented as per demo and item description. Anyway we are always glad for any kind of constructive feedback. Be sure you voice has been heard.
