We are upset to hear that these expectations prevented you from getting a good user experience, like most of the customers do, yet please note that what you purchased initially was a WordPress theme, rather than a pack of images, and this is not a fair rating for the theme. The issue with theme settings page was solved in the previous theme update, please make sure to use the 1.1.1 theme version that is available on the Themeforest. As for the 5.0.x WordPress version - an update for this is currently under upload to Themeforest, yet you can still use the theme in the meanwhile though, as there is only a need to install and activate the Classic Editor plugin to edit pages using CMSMasters Content Composer.

Hi, we are upset to hear your words, as the font's settings can be easily changed in the Theme Settings - Fonts tab, and the theme comes with an .xml import file that will instantly bring most of content to your site. We provide our customers with detailed documentation for demo content uploading. Documentation can be found in Docs folder, that’s index file, please open it with your browser. Hi, please note that our theme comes with a detailed How-To available in the DOCS folder of the general theme archive (it’s the index.html file which should be opened with your browser). The PRO addon for Events Calendar plugin needs to be purchased separately, as this plugin is prohibited for third-party distribution. We aware our customers of that on the product details page, and in fact it is a usual practice for responsible authors.

Concerning the code - should you need any help with the theme, please contact our support at http://cmsmasters.net/support as there are no known issues with the theme currently, perhaps something has gone wrong with the installation and the support team will be able to assist you.

Hi, we are upset to hear your words, as the theme provides several opportunities to create the project galleries according to customer's needs. Creating Project gallery in the Theme Options while editing the project allows to display all the images in a lightbox on the portfolio page. It is not the theme bug, it is made as an option for the project gallery preview in the Portfolio shortcode (without going to the open project page). Another solution is to add the Gallery shortcode to the project content area in order to display images exactly on the open project page and not to load them in a portfolio lightbox. Such solution should be helpful to you in order to resolve the loading issue because of the large amount of images in the gallery. As I can see from your site you have already edited your projects in this way. Thanks for contacting! Please note that theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product - the Kids theme. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact our support at http://cmsmasters.net/support/ to get the latest slider version via email.

Have you imported demo content by following instructions from our How-To? Documentation can be found in Docs folder, that’s index file, please open it with your browser. It includes detailed instructions for the site elaboration. After demo content import your website will be similar to our demo, just please note, that we don’t include images, as they can’t be distributed.
