The Jemiz don’t support show sub-menus in Mobile. Because the UI of element (click to link, so can not set click to show sub). You can check our live preview demo. Thank you.

Hi i just finished installing the theme i followed every step in the user guide but everything works fine except the ” QuickView popup “ it shows “Sold out” and can’t add to card .. ( in all products )

Hi there! Just bought this theme today and am running into all kinds of issues. First, can’t get slider images to load. Even tried re-loading original slider images. I also can’t get the colors to change. Annnnnd finally, I tried to open support tickets, but your support website will not allow me and Firefox also warns me that my password is not protected? What’s going on?

After download our theme, please extract/unzip this file first. Then you will have theme package and document file. After that go to your Shopify site and choose upload theme, browser to theme package just extract.

Hello. I like the theme, and I am thinking of buying this theme for a store. I wanted to check if - I can change the black color on the top to white or cream. - change the color on footer to white or cream - if the “Most Viewed” is a dynamic collection or need to be manually maintained - if I can disabled the “loading” image, as there is a couple second lag because of that - if on product page I can show the next image on mouse over like this theme https://paris-timepieces.myshopify.com/

You can change the site to any color in Customize theme, it’s easily to do – just pick color and save. About the hover to change image, currently our theme don’t support this feature, but it can take customize work to do it.

Hi there, I have the following queries:
1) My dropdown menu is hidden behind the carousel. How do I adjust the code such that the dropdown menu is show on top of the carousel image? 2) Similar to previous comments, the menu does not work well on mobile, how should I go about optimizing it?
