I have installed subscription payment app but it’s not working with the theme. Price is not updating sub total and cart page. Is this theme not compatible with subscription payment app?

I’m having trouble where sometimes the menu is populated and others not. Exactly in “ ”. My webpage is mecakids.com . And that code is in theme.liquid, but I don’t see the javascript where the menu options are filled.

I’m having an issue with the template when trying to integrate it with Recharge payments. When a product is added to the cart, Recharge properties are not being passed. I’ve been told by Recharge that there is a custom Ajax method attached to the add to cart button that is only adding the QTY and the ID of the product but not the rest of the properties that have been added in the form by Recharge. What can I do?

Hi, I want to know why my slider does not automatically change its slides. There is an option in the settings for slideshow that says “change slides every” and no matter which option you select, they are not changed automatically. Thought it was an error on my shopify but then I opened the live-preview of this theme and slides are not changing automatically. What can I do?

Hi! Just bought this theme yesterday and imported it into Shopify. We use ActiveCampaign for marketing – does the signup form included in this theme support ActiveCampaign? If so, how would I enable that integration? (I already have the ActiveCampaign app installed in Shopify). Thanks for any help.

Lots of bugs, TONS of typos, features seemed to disappear and reappear with no apparent consistency. Not well-developed for Shopify at all, might be better for Wordpress but awful for Shopify. Request refund for product as theme was so frustrating to use and navigate I wasn’t able to use it.

How do I enable product reviews on this theme. The documentation was not working when I clicked on each section.

Wish there was a way to send all the items I need fixed at once. Sometimes the edit button shows here but other times it does not so I am responding with several issues. I would like to remove the information at the top of the screen in mobile view its a block that shows the phone number, email, log in and my cart. The corner cart can remain but the other stuff takes up too much room on the page in mobile view. The other thing is to make the logo bigger and the height on the slide show bigger. in mobile view I want the products to show in two columns instead of one on the home page and for related products. Would like the ability to add the instagram in the footer where there is follow us. In the customize theme options I unchecked the display box for the collection sidebar3 but it still shows.

I purchased the shopify version of the theme Kidslife. When using the customization feature, the items on the top dropdown menu such as pages do not show up on the left navigation of the screen. I cannot edit the collection list. Also when clicking on “collection” in the breadcrumbs on the products page it circles back to the products page instead of taking you to the collections page. Only 3 collections show up even though I have 4 collections.

When I demoed the kidslife theme it showed a different type of animation in the slideshow than what came with my purchase. For example on the slide with the 5 kids the grass pops up then the words then the kids in various order. On the purchased theme the picture is fazed in instead of the various items on the slide. Is there a way to fix this?

Also is there a way to have the product boxes all the same size regardless of how long the product description is? Some product descriptions flow to a second line which causes some of the product boxes to be bigger than others. How do I fix this?

Is it possible to change the color of the green cart in the top right corner and the green footer border at the bottom of the page? I did not see this color option in the theme customization menu.

Can the instagram icon be added to the footer?
