This is a really great theme! The design is very nice, and the theme is very easy to customize. The theme works great with every single plugin I have used with it and calls for very little tweaking. The customer support for this theme is also very good, my question was answered within minutes.

I am extremely sorry late reply and issue you faced. I was on mini vacation (4 days) so internet connection was not good to check issues and debug it.
There is a little communication gap to understand theme functionality like install theme ( main vs installable version zip ), add feature images, use theme options so sometimes buyer feels theme has bugs but theme doesn't have any bug (otherwise themeforest will disable buggy theme until author fix all bugs).

If you can give us any specific point which you feel it has less flexibility and facing problem in creating theme customization then we can help you to get your desired result with the theme.

The template is beautifully designed with great flexibility. The customer support is fantastic. All questions were answered in a timely fashion with pictures if needed. Thanks Mike for all your help!
