Dear team, I have contacted you through your website and support ticket there almost three weeks ago. So far I have not heard a single word from you. I have re-contacted you through your website again. This is now 9 days ago. Again I received no reply from you. This wait is especially annoying since your website does not accept regular logins. Instead, each time I need to request a new password. This login then works once but setting a new password also does not work. So next time I need to request a new password again. I would kindly ask you to process my inquiry before July 23rd now. Should I not hear from you by then I would ask for a refund. Kind regards, Thilo

Hey guys, thanks for the fast answer! The ticket ID your site gave me is 2719. Please, could you also explain how I can set a new password on your page? Despite me using the reset password option some 10 times it always asks for the previous password to set a new one – but, obviously, the previous one doesn’t work anymore… Hope to hear from you soon. I hereby request a refund on the purchase I made. If this is “support” for you then I am not willing to use your theme and work with you. This is tedious.
