Any difficulties with the demo data import are usually connected with the server configurations. They should meet the theme requirements.
If Demo Data installation is stuck, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server – demo.zip Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/kingler-theme directory.

For example it doesn’t let me change the placeholder of the input to search. Also it doesn’t let me edit the text “Your cart” in the header panel. Can you help me? Trying to change the background image from this:

Also trying to find out where to change the yellow fonts to a more contrasting red. Support has expired, but we will renew and continue using if these simple questions can be answered (could have been part of documentation).

After looking deeper, 1) your answers do not work. 2) this is a poorly coded and deeply flawed theme. We will be switching to a theme that does not throw errors everywhere with a basic inspect page tool.

we are facing an issue , we have a shared hosting and we bought kingler theme long time ago and its running well , today we bought a new domain and new wordpress template , when we uploaded the new one we had to update the PHP version so it works out , it did but kingler stopped working because it does not run on the new php version , we cant update the version on a website and keep the old one on the other because as i said its a shared hosting

You should unzip the theme package and install just kingler-theme.zip file to Wordpress, not the whole package you’ve downloaded. If you try to install the wrong files you will get missing styles.css file error. This is the most common error meaning you are trying to install incorrect package.
