We are using Elementor as our main page builder because it's superior performance and flexibility comparing to WPBakery page builder.

This theme is very hard to get working the way it should. The sidebars don't work, and getting the transparent header to play nice with the mobile menu is an absolute nightmare. If it had been $19 - $29, I'd let it go and not complain, but $49 is too much for a disorganized theme with practically no support. The amount of plugins needed will absolutely bloat your WP. Some of theme aren't even supported by wordpress.org anymore. Buyer beware, do some more shopping before you purchase this theme.

We checked our support tickets, email and you haven't contact us for the issue you have in anyway so we don't know what is cause your issue and we are sure if you contact us we can help you solve that.

So perhaps you were concerned that your support is expired and you faced some challenge using our theme and that's the reason of this rating?
When you purchase a theme, it will automatically include 6 months free support. However when your support is expired. We are happy to check it for you.
About plugins which are required for theme. Themeforest and WordPress themes industry standard is agreed to move functionalities options to plugin territory and theme only contain aesthetic part of your website. The benefit of doing this, so then when you switch to other theme. The contents of your website won't be removed and still there within plugins territory. This is Themeforest and WordPress industry standard.

I've purchased four Themegoods themes, and they are my favorite theme out of 30+ purchased themes. The design, functionality, support and time saving features make these themes a standout. The slider set is unmatched anywhere. If stunning presentation with time saving implementation are important to you, then do yourself a favor and invest in Dotlife, Architecturer, Kingo, Hotel Booking or any of the others. You'll be super happy you did!"

Excellent service, whenever I have asked for help, at the moment they have solved my doubt or small problem that I have generated.
