we had to change theme after a few weeks because this was so slow. our new theme is much better

DO NOT BUY THIS THEME OR ANY OTHER FROM THEM!!! Absolute horrible customer service and no regard for the fact that we have clients we are using their theme for. One response every 3 days and then nothing. Basically had to come up with a workaround on my own which involves disabling their theme and working in another to get things done (add images to a gallery). For $59 they should be removed from themeforest. Envato, please screen your developers better.
Customer support isn't the only thing, theme is very clunky and not user friendly. And i've been working in WP for over 10 years.

Shocking support for this theme
From design quality to customer service, the team behind the template is hands down one of the best ones I've had the opportunity to use.
Initially I had a small issue with the template but their support was able to troubleshoot it right away. The build quality of this particular template is stellar. Flexible and very easy to work with. Tons of features built into it. I'll be recommending it to future clients.
Theme is really nice with many options and good customer support. Appreciable!!
