I recently installed your theme on my website and was updating it using the Evanto plugin. Today, after I noticed an update for your theme, I first updated it through the Evanto plugin and then attempted to update WPBakery as per your instructions. Unfortunately, this caused my site to crash. According to your manual, I was instructed to go to my PHPAdmin, find the “active_plugins” row under the “option_name” column in the “wp_options” table, and change the “option_value” field to “a:0:{}” in order to regain access to my WP admin site and delete WPBakery. However, I have tried this several times and have received the same result. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

hey there the support link is not working so I ask it here.
We are using the Video PopUp that works just great with regular video. But we uploaded a 1080×1920 video on youtube that become a shorts. I try to embed this short using this URL https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ll4e1Pfb7DI but it says that google refuse the conection.
If I use this URL: https://www.youtube.com/wwatch/ll4e1Pfb7DI it works but the video is shown as a landscape video or it needs to be portrait video.

Hello,
i have a client who dropped his web-agency and needs his WP Site repaired. His site still uses Kitring Version 1.2.1 and almost nothing works correctly anymore. He mailed me all the purchase infos back from 2020 (Item-ID, Item Purchase Code, etc..) that the agency used to buy the theme and now i need to download the latest theme version to get the site updated. Sadly the Licensee Agency does not exist anymore, so i have noone to contact from their side..

Hi Jannis, Regarding your issue, the only way to get theme updates is through your envato dashboard, I hope you still have the site credential of your Envato Account. If you already inside the dashboard please find download bar, from there you could download the update of Kitring theme. thanks for the quick respond. In the download area i can only see the themes i’ve bought with my account. The Kitring theme though is not listed because it’s been bought with the closed-agency’s account. As said my client has only forwarded me the 2020 LICENSE CERTIFICATE with all the registration infos, can i use the licence code to re-register the theme in envato under my account and download the theme?

the client bought a new license and i managed to update the theme to the latest version with the envato market plugin. What is still missing are the revolution-slider and wp-bakery plugin updates. In the full-package zipfile i downloaded from envato are no plugins included, how do i update those two plugins? Do you provide them?

I’ve taken over administration for the website of a local organization which uses Kitring; the previous programmer has died and the organization no longer has access to theme updates. The site throws errors when we try to upgrade the PHP. Do we need to purchase a new copy of Kitring? The website also has a plugin called “Kitring Extender,” does that come with the theme?

About your question, No, you don’t need to buy new copy of kitring, there was some update in the theme also in the Kitring Extender so the theme will compatible with PHP 7.4.25. There is a bug on image pop up for products (Shop). When I click on the image it doesn’t open up in lightbox. Can you fix this? It only happens to products with more than 1 image.

first of all, thank you for your question, we will answer it as specific we can do, : 1. Kitring uses WPBakery Page Builder to build the theme. 2. yes you can build it in Kitring Metabox. There you will find before header that uses a content block to build the content. 3. in the link that you gave to us, https://en.drsturm.com/ , we didn’t find any video there, but if you mean, you want auto-play video in the slider, you just set in the Revolution Slider, and Kitring already provides Rev Slider as the Requirement Plugin. 4. A. about Klarna, if Klarna is compatible with WordPress, we believe it will work with Kitring. but honestly, it will only show on the checkout pages. B & C. yes, you can add the Accordion with video and text information but unfortunately, the position could not in the side of the product like the site that you showed to us, the Accordion is located in the below product description. I have been waiting for several days for a reply from your contact address jolt.dev@gmail.com. I have received no response to the malware positives found in your source code. I have the feeling that I am being taken for a ride. The support is lousy. I demand a refund. For all other customers, think twice about buying this template, the support leaves a lot to be desired, especially when reporting suspicious code.

Hey, Just bought the theme and installed the demo content, but theres an issue. As the Demo preview shows on Barber-men the theme shows a woocommerce shop working but the demo installation didint install woocommerce and its content. help
