​Hi, On my website there is a bug in photo gallery. When you click on gallery the lightbox not work. Overlay and navigation thumbnails are opened, but full image on center don’t appear.​ Someone can help me? Thanks!

Hi guys, I’m deciding between Kleanity and Uniq – my preference is for Kleanity but I notice it is 3 years older than Uniq. Does this mean that Kleanity is more likely to become outdated sooner or will this not make a difference?

Not really. These two themes are on the same framework version which running on the same page builder. I suggest you to select based on the design you prefer between these two :)

The ilightbox is not working in my site. Whenever i click on the image it disappears. I have tried updating everything but the issue persists

Dear Goodlayers,

unfortunately Kleanity backend editor doesn’t work. I tried it on 3 different browser (Firefox, Chrome and Opera) but it’s the same.

When i go to an editor of a page, i open the block that I want to edit but it doesn’t allow me to edit! In particular in text blocks I no longer see the included text. And if i want to go back with “esc” key or the “X” button, the frame remain locked on the screen, so i have to refresh the page to close it.

​In a special section of the site linked above, I placed also a code for a social wall. It worked since one of the last upade of the theme, but now the loading wheel rotates indefinitely​.​

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.8 Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Hi, I can’t make content changes to my pages. When I change a text or a photo it is not updated on the site and when I return to the tab of my page in wordpress the change is not there either.

If that doesn’t solve it, try disabling all your other plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you can activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problems.

Hi, I have a problem registering slider revolution and Envaro help team suggested that I reach out to you – when I type in my licence key it says that it’s invalid (I didn’t use that licence key for any other website). Slider revolution is hard to use, and forces us to buy licence… I’ve an issue I cant solve ; I’m unable to save global settings, and slider is not working…

You don’t need to purchase its license in order to make it work.

You can change this in the Theme Options Panel(wp dashboard > goodlayers) > Color > Skin section.
