I chose "Other" to refleat "ALL mentioned" on the dropdown list, as the Theme is fantastice all round and the customer service is excelent. I will surely recoment the product and the company to anyone anytime.

for Feature Availability

after using KLEO for 2 years we have decided to move on. The activity posts has a very limited editor and no spell check. after posting its a pain in the ass to fix what has been posted. It's just slow and weak.

Hi, that comes as a feature from BuddyPress plugin. Kleo mostly takes care of the design part and the integration with Buddypress and other plugins

i bought this theme like a week ago and since then i have been trying to reach SeventhQueen for support so they can resolve my issue but i got no response what so ever I'd like a refund if it's possible because whenever i try to impot there bult-in demos it get stuck in half and just froze there and i tried many times but same result.

A theme that stopped developing 3 years ago. It wasn't the best theme of 2022 or 2021 or 2020. Worst purchase from Themeforest!

Hey. Can you let me know what bugs you have encountered?

Too many bugs. Have not been able to get theme option to update saved changes for over a year. Keeps requesting I spend $41 to renew support in order for them to fix a bug. Once they have your money, the customer service plummets.

Hi, we always respond to our client tickets. We haven't seen any issue regarding saving theme options until now.

I would give them ZERO stars is possible but there isn't an option for that. They offer no support, site often breaks when their required plugins are updated, and there are way too many of them which slows down the site. This theme is a nightmare and there has been no support for it, even though you pay for it. Stay away.
