Loving this theme and the widgets! It’s super responsive and looks fantastic. 
Is it possible to change how many dogs show per page? I did some digging through the code but couldn’t find it. At the moment it displays 6 with a ‘next’ button, but I’d like to display more per page.

Honestly, I think that the problem might be WordPress, rather than PHP bcoz the theme relies on the WordPress’ API. This theme hasn’t been tested with the WP version 5.5 and above and the current version is 6.1 so that should speak for itself.
You might want to provide the site URL and possibly an access to WP Admin dashboard (username/pass) so I can take a look, but I can’t promise to fix it up, there’s been a long time since last update.

I have never changed any settings on my theme when i was done with it. Suddenly, the can no longer edit the Footer Widget Menu.

OK, what’s your website URL?
One of Dog Categories shows some html that is not in the edit category section. The Title of the Category is Dog “Trained Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle puppies” but the page comes up as Dog Category: Trained Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle puppies Can you help?

Unfortunately no, not in this case. The Category is presented from a Footer Menu using the Category widget. There is no corresponding page or post with the same name.

Hello, I purchased the theme but when I uploaded it I don’t get the templates you have. I just want to be able to customize the theme as it is shown in the live preview.
Please unzip the theme package to the local drive first, open the folder, then the subfolder named __MANUALS. There’s an “index.html” file inside of it. Double click to open the theme docs in the Browser. Follow the Installation procedure to install the theme demo.

Thank you I’m having another issue. I made changes to the homepage and it’s showing on the desktop but not on the phone or tablet?
Oh, that’s kinda strange… changes are not taking place on tablet and cellphone… the only thing that comes to my mind is that the page is being cached on these devices (for some reason). Is there a chance that someone nearby is able to check it out on his own cell/tablet? Not sure what else to suggest unless you know how to empty the mobile browser cache…
Now we have an even bigger issue. The editor doesn’t appear to be working in the dogs. My client says it won’t update. We are getting a page with a box with html in it and my client can’t edit. Looks like Site origin isn’t working on that page. Old pics are showing up, I can’t review prior revisions?????https://chihuahua-teacups.com/
I had to recreate two pages as site origin pages. Don’t know why they got screwed up in the first place. Thank you. BTW my menu disappeared as well and I had to rebuild it. Seems very buggy and unstable with the new WP update.

If you talk about the plugins that were packed with this theme… It should be working because these are nothing but WordPress plugins. So, I guess all you gotta do is to try. Hence you bought the theme (with the plugins), it belongs to you and you can do whatever you like with it.

I reinstalled the theme from a fresh download and I can’t install the knnel plugins I get the fatal error
You forgot to install required plugin “Carbon Fields”. You can download and install the latest available version from here: http://wpshow.me/plugins/knnel/carbon-fields.1.6.zip . The older version can also be found in the “__PLUGINS__” folder of the theme package.
I purchased a theme to build my website. I assumed it would be an easy thing for someone without webpage building experience. Am I correct in that now I will need to purchase another thing to build my page? If so, I want a refund. This is too confusing for someone without experience and not detailed enough to explain your process. Maybe I’m missing the easy stuff? But, I’m not experienced in IT; I’m in healthcare currently as a provider.

What “thing” are you referring to? This is complete theme package and it doesn’t require any additional purchases. All the required plugins are free and included to theme package as well. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
What is the best size of the slider image to work.
It’s like 1600px, however, the point is to make all of the slide photos equal size, be it a 1600×1200px or 1600×900px or 1200×1000px.

Yes there is. All you gotta do is to translate the plugin as well. For instance, open “wp-content/plugins/knnel-dogz/lang/knnel-dog.pot” with POEdit or any other gettext editor first. Translate.
Be sure to save as “knnel-dogz-YOUR_LOCALE.po” and then export to “knnel-dogz-YOUR_LOCALE.mo” (if not generated automatically).
“knnel-dogz-YOUR_LOCALE.mo” MUST reside in ”/wp-content/plugins/knnel-dogz/lang/” folder!

According to your flag (Greece), it should be “el” but I can’t be sure whether you need to translate to Greek or else, you didn’t specify.

I’m not getting it … can’t you just enter whatever is needed in Greek alphabet/language to that input field(s)? It’ll show up on front-end without the need to translate anything via Polylang. But in case I’m missing the point, there should be something that is called “Strings translation” in pretty-much any multilingual WP plugin.
Of course I can enter whatever is needed in Greek. But afterwards it wil be shown in Greek at English and German version too. Polylang’s string translation does not have the content of panel title for translation.
So Polylang (PRO?) does not have an option to translate Custom Fields content? That’s really lame… How about Weglot or WPML? I mean, you’ll hardly find the premium theme that doesn’t rely on Custom Fields or Meta Boxes content.

How do I make a post full-width vs the 2-column layout is currently is?
Open the Customizer (Appearance > Customize) first, then chose “Post Settings” panel, scroll down a bit and turn on “Remove sidebar on post single page”. Publish.
It was already checked, but I noticed the options to select number of columns in a post only lowers to 2 columns instead of 1 or full-width.

I see this was for a regular post, but I am referring to the dog entries as I thought those pages were post like as well. I need to remove the awards, features and thumbnail so the dog entry post can be full-width
Oh boi, I think I’ve got it this time. POST belongs to Blog/News, Dog Post belongs to one of Dogs categories. There’s a section under “How Tos” in the theme Manuals/Docs that says “How to modify Knnel Dogz or Knnel Events plugin templates properly?”. This is the right way to modify the template towards the goal that you described, no Customizer options for the Knnel Dogz plugin.

OK, it should be easy… Just take to edit “Home page” and chose “Edit row” from the row settings (https://imgur.com/a/NjeVxzz). The photo that you’re about to change is the row background image.
Next, expand “Design” panel and change the background image (https://imgur.com/a/w9gE80y).

Well, it looks like you are trying to install plugins that already exist. Could you go to WP Admin, Plugins > Installed Plugins and see whether the CF7 and Colorbox have already been installed?
Hello. After updating to php 7.4, theme does not work. I get this message “Error thrown Call to undefined function Carbon_Fields\Field\mb_strtolower()”.
You will need to enable the “php_mbstring” extension in your “php.ini”. The most likely (and for some reason) php_mbstring” is disabled with your new PHP 7.4

Hi! I’m installation the theme and I’m having trouble importing the “knnel.wpress” file to the All-in-One Wp Migration plug in because it’s says that exceeds the limit of the file. The limit is 40MB and the file is 100MB, what should I do…?
That ”.wpress” file is 50MB, it’s not 100MB. You could try to install the WP plugin that helps you increase the upload file size, like WP Upload Size (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-upload-size/).

I’ve noticed two JavaScript errors that are coming from the AddThis. Not sure why, however, if you open Customizer, Miscellaneous panel, you can try to switch it off and see whether it helps ( https://imgur.com/a/zWqSaTf ). If you wonder what JavaScript has to do with the logo, well, the logo size is determined by JavaScript. Hope it helps!
Unfortunatelly this does not help. I noticed when I disable Kirki Customizer Framework plugin then logo appears again. But Kirki Customizer Framework is necessary for this theme. Any idea of what to do?

Can you please tell me how to use this. I thought It worked similar to other sites Ive put together where it is kind of a plug in pictures and type in your content and play kind of thing. But It seems to be more involved.
Not quite sure how did you mean “how to use this”? The theme docs can be found inside the theme package. If you install the demo site, you could plug in pictures, change the text, etc. It’s true, the page builder is not quite the “visual page builder” but it’s free and can do the job.
